Owners are cheap, skimp on toppings, and are rude when they mess up an order. Can’t order online, nor will they accept coupons. Pelham and Outer Subway going forward. Never again for this place.

One of their workers/owners/the kid or family of the owner almost hit me with their car today, in a hurry to get what I'm assuming was some kind of pick up via their back door (I followed them to get a pic of their license plate to report them on baddrivers.com and they stopped at Subway's backdoor and brought out some kind of box); they illegally passed me on the left when I was turning left out of the parking lot across the street at Marshalls onto the street that crosses Michigan avenue, and almost hit me doing so all while speeding. They blocked the ally with their car, door wide open and unattended. Then they had the nerve to wave at me all cutely like they'd done nothing wrong. See the attached for them and their license plate.

GO HERE IF YOU HATE MONEY. No seriously, it's the only location that I have encountered that is not promoting the $6.99 footlong. There is quite literally zero reason to go here, as there is another Subway down the road that is honoring the promotion. Please don't waste your money and feed the stingy owner who runs this business.

Stopped on the way home to grab a couple subs.

Ordered a boss ad pickles and rotisserie chicken. Both food longs and a pretzel with cheese, and some chips.

Ordered on the app to get 20% off any sub. That worked alright. Got home and we begin to eat.

Boss sub. Needed more marinara sauce, dry. But had pickles I asked for and provolone was melted.

Rotisserie chicken was lacking chicken. WTH. . . There were a few pieces here and there and jammed with toppings to disguise the fact that this location skimps on the main ingredient. That really pissed us off. The pretzel rod with cheese was just alright. Not worth the hype.

So. In the end. I received two subs. With the equivalent of 1.25 subs of meat. An ok pretzel and good chips. Not worth a return visit to be honest. Thanks subway. We won't be back to this location !
