The problem I had was to me it's extremely unhealthy to eat at an establishment. Where works serve food, but have no hair net or hat or anything. The food wasn't bad, but just being or having an understanding about cleanliness inside of a restaurant should be priority number one. Other than great customer service. š¤¦

Ordered by mistake online from wrong Telegraph Rd location. Ordering Sub for homeless man. I called and ask that the order be cancelled and I could reorder at the 5605 Telegraph location , the person I talked to refused to help me saying " do it in the app" when I called back to say the app didn't have this feature she still refused any help " I can't do anything". At the 5605 Telegraph location the person made one call " she CAN cancel it , just doesn't want to ", and got the error sub cancelled. So point is , if counter person was so obstructing and unhelpful in this, that attitude probably carries over into other aspects of the job.
--Order your subs from the 5605 Telegraph location if you have a choice! Much Nicer people.

Places online order for 5 subs at 530 for 810 pickup got there at 815 wasn't ready until 830 #1 and subs were so cheaply made I will never go back to this location this happened before bur I only.come here cause it's like 2 blocks away from me but I'll start goinf to the one on mixhigan Avenue next to tropical smoothie instead at least I get my money worth and probably won't have to wait

Person started gutting the bread from my sandwich to make it sit better, I was in shock why would I buy a sub if I didn't want the bread I ordered. Then they were shocked when I wanted the 2x provolone on my sandwich that was listen on the menu.
I donāt know whatās up with this location, but I will never be back. Unprofessional, rude employees with no customer service skills.

Good sandwich but when I walked in, there was a girl walking back and forth. I couldnāt figure out what she was doing or why she wasnāt asking me for my order or at least saying hey Iāll be with you in a minute. Finally, the other girl came over and did my order but was very cold in her manner. I used a debit card and declined to give a tip which I usually always leave a tip. She asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no. She turned away immediately and as I was walking out, I heard her say "that lady is rude AF she didnāt even say thank-you." I guess she got my point. Nevertheless, thank-you!

This location has been sliding ever since it got new ownership. Sometimes itās closed early for no reason, like the kids inside just decided to lock the door an hour earlyā¦.They also stopped carrying mozzarella cheese. Not really a āparticipatingā location..
