The worst customer service I've ever experienced, i was trying to order at the drive through and they weren't replying back to me and when i left the other guy behind me was ordering and they took his order but for me they didn't even say anything when i said hello and this is very disrespectful and disappointing and i was trying to talk to the manager and then a worker said that she is the manager then i told her to take my order and said that she can't do that and i know for a fact ghag a manager can take anyones order even if they are at the drive through or the window so she lied about being the manager so one thing yall need to change is to hire more better employees.

The restaurant's management is terrible. They don't have enough staff, and I had to wait in the drive-thru line for almost an hour. There were about eight or more cars in front of me and ten or more behind me, all along the main road. I don't know if they have enough employees to serve customers, or if their staff are simply careless and don't work hard. I don't know the exact reason, but what I do know is that it's poor management and a lack of proper oversight. Also, the drive-thru lane is very narrow, so once you enter, you can't turn right or left—you get stuck and have to wait.

At first there was a long line due to a customer refusing to move.. then I’m at the window waiting and it has currently been 10 minutes and no one has came to the window.. mind you I’m here for a DoorDash that only has a large BajaBlast . I knocked on the window nobody came still and they’re just in there hootin and hollering. 3:30am-4:10(still waiting)… I just seen the crew members in there but nobody came .. and I see the Order sitting right there ..

Food was good, but directing everyone to pull forward at the window then back up to the window again with people behind you to cheat their drive-thru clock is a potential problem. Perhaps the clocks need to be rethought or employees should work more efficiently and try to beat the clock (without mucking up the orders, which is common these days at any fast food place it seems)

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to - I waited 40 minutes (for 6 cars in front of me) in the drive through. Just for them to get the order wrong and be rude about it.

Edit: by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. The franchise owner is better off closing the location down!
