This restaurant specially this location is literally crazy on the waiting time
There is no way you go there and get your order on time ,,,, always you need a waiting time for at least 25 mins more than the expected time for your order The better way to solve this problem is to find employee who really knows how to treat the customer and finish the order on its time

I have my respect and appreciation for a company like yours, which is prestigious and has a very bright name. The employees in this restaurant, the evening shift at 2:00 in the morning, make Dasher drivers wait for more than three hours, and I am one of them.And the requests are not prepared for them. These employees that you have want to receive the financial compensation without providing any service or anything.They are responsible for it while they are at work.Today 6/2/2025 they made me wait for more than three hours and the Dasher requests were not processed and in the end they told I am not the only one, there are more than 20 cars owned by Dasher drivers, and there are other customers who are not Dasher drivers and were unable to buy any food because the employees are not doing their job. I really like this Taco Bell all the staff on night shift are nice and the food is made well but there’s one cook in there that makes me come back over and over again because of the way he makes the food and his name is Tay, he literally makes the food PERFECT especially the grilled cheese steak burrito with jalapeno and black beans added to it, he makes it so good that I come back and buy another one every time all the ingredients in it are layered really well not all over the place and sloppy and there’s a perfectly balanced amount of each ingredient in it and the food is very fresh and hot. If chef Gordon Ramsey tasted this burrito 🌯 I’m pretty sure he would love it and approve him 💯
