I had stopped going to this location for years because the service was horrible. But today I didn't have time to go to the Ferndale location and came here. To my surprise the customer service I received from Stacy was phenomenal. Very professional & attentive.
I have my respect and appreciation for a company like yours, which is prestigious and has a very bright name. The employees in this restaurant, the evening shift at 2:00 in the morning, make Dasher drivers wait for more than three hours, and I am one of them.And the requests are not prepared for them. These employees that you have want to receive the financial compensation without providing any service or anything.They are responsible for it while they are at work.Today 6/2/2025...
I really like this Taco Bell all the staff on night shift are nice and the food is made well but there’s one cook in there that makes me come back over and over again because of the way he makes the food and his name is Tay, he literally makes the food PERFECT especially the grilled cheese steak burrito with jalapeno and black beans added to it, he makes it so good that I come back and buy another one every time all the ingredients in it are layered really well not all over...
