Food was good, but directing everyone to pull forward at the window then back up to the window again with people behind you to cheat their drive-thru clock is a potential problem. Perhaps the clocks need to be rethought or employees should work more efficiently and try to beat the clock (without mucking up the orders, which is common these days at any fast food place it seems)
I went through the drive through. Got the y2k box. Asked that my second taco was also a doritos taco supreme. Drove off. I was a regular taco. This is the second time this has happened in a row at different TBells.
I had stopped going to this location for years because the service was horrible. But today I didn't have time to go to the Ferndale location and came here. To my surprise the customer service I received from Stacy was phenomenal. Very professional & attentive.
