We got this Taco Bell DoorDash to us on New Year’s Eve night at 1 AM. The food was fresh delicious and pretty fast for being New Year’s. They did forget all my sauce and my cheese sauce but I guess they saved me calories going into the new year!

Well thought I would give another try after last time when I ordered hard shell tacos… got home and found two empty shells..no ingredients. Well this time ordered chips and cheese and got home and got cheese but no chips. No cheese on our tacos.. looks like it’s back to Del Taco.. wish they had a Mexican pizza.

We were 4th in line. It took 40 minutes to actually get our food. I ordered a Loaded Beef Nachos. No beef, no sour cream and cold. I ordered a Mountain Dew and it was totally flat. Service was terrible.
Stopped by the Taco Bell on Michigan Ave, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any location. The woman working the window had a serious attitude from the start. When my friend and I both started talking at once (totally by accident), we quickly apologized, but instead of any understanding, she just glared at us and then slammed the window shut without a word. We tried to be polite, but she was rude and dismissive. If you’re looking for friendly service, I’d steer clear of this Taco Bell.

I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell specifically because of the consistent quality and also because of their customer service. The young lady, Deja I believe, who always seems to wait on me in the drive thru is an absolute gem! She has patience and is always positive! If there is some type of recognition that you could give her she has gone above and beyond to earn it. She doesn't know I am writing this review. I had an extremely rough day and her attitude was the first positive one that I had all day. This is also the only Taco Bell in the Dearborn/Dearborn heights area that consistently delivers on their quality! Keep up the great work Y'all! I hope your remodel goes smoothly!
