Honestly this Taco Bell on Michigan Ave has been pretty solid for me. The food comes out hot most of the time and the crew is usually chill and friendly. It’s one of those spots you swing by when you’re craving something quick and the late hours definitely help. Not perfect every time, but overall it gets the job done and hits the spot when you need it.

This location is open until 4am, and yet somehow every single time I try to go after work here at 10 or 11pm, there’s a group of workers blocking the door so you can’t go in. Whenever I ask if I can go in it’s “oh sorry our system is down. Every single day your system is down at the same time? Come on now. The only one time I was able to get food there I asked for a tropical punch refresca, they gave me some yellow drink instead and when I asked them if they could make it right and change it because the tropical punch drink should be the red rockstar they just said “no”. So, along with just full out lying they have terrible customer service, if you mess up someone’s food or drink, remake it, I’m so mad I had to pay for something I didn’t even want.

The food was fine and the service would have received 3 stars. However, when I got home I discovered that they had given me a hot sauce packet that had been opened and caused about 4 other packets to stick together. Gave me an eery feeling about cleanliness there. I threw all of them away.
I would rate them negative if I could. They stay open late but only take mobile or door dash orders and always have a different excuse, usually that they are “short staffed”. Why stay open late of you can’t ever order on the spot? They are rude about it and people hang to back out or wait in line until orders are complete

I ordered the Mexican Pizza combo! The pizza looks a mess as you can see.! I asked for the Tacos w/ no lettuce… Sent them back because they had lettuce on them. I received the new ones w/out tomatoes and lettuce 😂😂. You’ll be better off going to this place oof business when they FIRST open up!!
