Honestly this Taco Bell on Michigan Ave has been pretty solid for me. The food comes out hot most of the time and the crew is usually chill and friendly. It’s one of those spots you swing by when you’re craving something quick and the late hours definitely help. Not perfect every time, but overall it gets the job done and hits the spot when you need it.
We got this Taco Bell DoorDash to us on New Year’s Eve night at 1 AM. The food was fresh delicious and pretty fast for being New Year’s. They did forget all my sauce and my cheese sauce but I guess they saved me calories going into the new year!
I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell specifically because of the consistent quality and also because of their customer service. The young lady, Deja I believe, who always seems to wait on me in the drive thru is an absolute gem! She has patience and is always positive! If there is some type of recognition that you could give her she has gone above and beyond to earn it. She doesn't know I am writing this review.
