I REALLY like this place. The relaxed atmosphere and great food and drinks is what I come for. The service is hit or miss. It’s either amazing service or really slow service. They are never rude, the food and presentation as well as drinks are always good. But the service can be painfully slow, which can ruin the whole experience. Myself and many others frequent this bar every Saturday night and every time we dine here, we have impeccable service and wonderful food. This is by far the best kept secret in West Dearborn if you want a classy dining experience in an historic hotel, where it’s not loud or party oriented. The steak is a personal favorite. Tonya and her team always provide the best experience possible for my friends and family; and we will continue to visit weekly. Thanks!
Been here a few times and had always had a good experience. Service has been quick and attentive, and the food and drinks have been good. Drinks are on the more expensive side, but to be expected from a hotel bar. Dark and quiet atmosphere in a beautiful hotel.
