This place is meant for small parties only. We had a party of 10 and they couldn't accommodate. Service was slow. Like 3 parties that came after us got their food before us. God forbid you have more than 1 guests that need a high chair. They only have 1 high chair for the whole restaurant. Pasta was a little too aldente and had no taste. Brussel sprouts were good tho.

I wish I could give you zero stars…
We were celebrating today 9/20/2025 and reserved at Tiliani for dinner. It was a party of 9-10. The service was extremely slow even though the venue was not at capacity. There is a 20% gratuity added and they still asked for extra tip. Our servers deserved 0 % tip because their service was absolutely horrendous.
I ordered the ribeye steak medium well and insisted on slight pink interior. My steak was well done and even when I asked them to confirm with the chef, they double down and insisted it was a medium well steak despite everyone telling them that it wasn’t. There was no pink interior. The steak was well done. Instead of re-making the steak, my server asked me to choose something else from the menu. I have never experienced a situation where the restaurant blatantly refused to remake the steak that they messed up, instead offered me to choose another entree. Why would I order something else when I came there for the steak? I ordered medium well steak, I should have received my steak medium well.
Also, they literally gave us 1 piece of bread each. When we asked for more, they said they only give one piece of bread per person. I have never experienced an Italian restaurant that doesn’t give unlimited bread. There was also no butter or oil to dip the bread in.
We ordered several mocktails from the menu, and they said they no longer serve said mocktails. So why is it on the menu still? Then our server has the nerve to tell me that he was going to take the well done Ribeye off the bill as if he was doing me a favour. Why would I pay for something I sent back?
They had trouble separating our bill as well. The total bill was $505.
This is the worst service and food that we had in a while and it’s terrible considering this was our first time at this place. Tiliani, do better.
None of us would ever return.

We were very disappointed in every dish we ordered. Both appetizers were served at room temperature, pizza was mediocre at best, the rigatoni had a very odd flavor.

If I could I would rate this place zero stars. The rigatoni tasted like soap, pizza like any other pizza place, and the salads all had the same lemon dressing with no taste. Unfortunately I would not be coming back. We ordered the bangin shrimp and was served at room temperature. I hope I don’t get sick. Additionally, the cheese was not even cooked and we were served a block of cheese I can buy at a grocery store. Would most definitely not recommend and way over priced and hyped, under cooked food. Also the food comes out too fast where you know it’s not fresh. It tastes as if it’s just warmed up… TERRIBLE

Excessive salt in my dish. Too much time to have it. Poor attention we have to way. Second visit but, I won't return.

Such a cute Italian restaurant
Everything is hallal! I had the short rib papedelli and it was amazing! Our table also ordered the seasonal special which was a corn and bacon dish and it was delicious.
We also got the truffle fries.
I will definitely be back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst dining experience without even dining
Drove 45 minutes from Bloomfield Hills to a half-empty restaurant at 5 PM on a Thursday — they refused to seat us. Rude hostess, no offer for later reservations, nothing. Unsafe area, bad parking, loud street noise. Absolutely not worth the drive. Go to Birmingham instead.
Five stars… for mastering the art of turning customers away.”
“Tables available, but apparently customers aren’t welcome.”
“Reservation required… for their bad attitude.”
“Come for the food, leave without eating.”
“Restaurant motto: No seats for you!”
“Half-empty dining room, full-capacity rudeness.”

My first time at Tiliani I thought it was going to be a restaurant who had average Italian food. After being greeted by the owner and one of the waiters I had second thoughts. Looking at the menu I was intrigued with what they had. Options that I believe any person who is interested in Italian food should come to try. Trying three of their dishes, I was amazed with the taste of the food and how worth it was. Those who are willing to try actual Italian food this is the place to come to.

Tiliani hosted our baby shower. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for a private event. Thanks to Chef Hisham and his team! So lucky to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!

Tiliani is not just a restaurant — it’s a stage where flavors, memories, and family pride come together in perfect harmony. From the very first moment, you feel the difference: the service flows with elegance, yet every smile carries genuine warmth.
There is no salt or pepper on the tables — a quiet, confident statement that every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly seasoned. And they’re right. Even in the simplest dishes — the pasta and the pizza — there is brilliance. They are stunning, proving that true mastery often lives in the simplest things.
The highlight of my evening was hearing the chef speak about his family’s olive oil, pressed in Lebanon by his grandfather’s hands. As he set it on the table I could almost taste the sun and soil where it was born. His father, hosting that night, beamed with pride as he told us about his son’s journey. These moments transform dinner into something more — a conversation between cultures, generations, and passions.
As a Mexican who lives for discovering exceptional cuisine, I know when I’m tasting something that transcends borders. Here, Italian tradition is honored, but infused with personal history and artistry that make every dish unforgettable. The Spanish spoken by some of the staff wrapped the night in a feeling of home, making the whole experience even more personal.
Tiliani has the soul, precision, and storytelling of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the making. May God bless these gifted hands and this family’s beautiful business because they are creating something that feeds both body and heart.
