Went to this location right after midnight Saturday night/Sunday morning December 6/7. There was one car in front of us and we were at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for our drinks. We ordered 2 waters, a hot chocolate, and a matcha latte with almond milk. The matcha took forever and we specified 5 times to make sure it was with almond milk because the worker kept having to clarify to the other worker what not to make. We got the matcha and it had regular milk in it- I'm allergic. 5 cars in line at that point and already away from window. Need new staff.0

If you want to get sick this is the place and location I ordered a meal and I told them to stop making it because I saw this disgusting left overs Ben so long there I told the mean one was serving me why would you do thing like this putting this in my sandwich no wonder where do we get sick from she said I don’t care and the other employees said that’s how we get it from the company when I was filming her I didn’t want to take her face on this picture but this would be enough reason for everyone to stop coming here.

Every time I go here there are always different faces but always the same attitude. I only go to this one because the other one doesn't have a drive-thru but I can clearly see it's way better to get out and walk inside and deal with nice people then these people who didn't want to wake up and go to work today Not only was the food half-ass made the woman at the counter was very rude. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again
