I live across the street from dunkin donuts and I drive to Tim Hortons. The drive thru people are so friendly and helpful with zero attitude..I can't say that about dunkin donuts..they are rude, constantly forgetting to put sugar in my coffee then get an attitude when you tell them they forgot it!! No more dunkin for me, now I'm strictly a Tim Hortons guy. Keep up the good and friendly work guys!
Just look at the lines and how fast they move. They handle a lot of orders quickly and courteous. People actually sit in the dining area and talk and work because it's a decent place.

Quick , efficient service when ordering drinks and food in the morning , place had a line for drive through around the building and I opted to go inside. Was in and out in under 7 minutes with 1 drink and two sandwiches.

They got my order wrong, and when I told them, they said I have to call corporate. They also mentioned I should have tried the coffee at the drive-thru. On top of that, the staff told me “it looked like I wanted to be difficult.” I used to come here a lot, but what a joke of an operation.

This Tim Horton’s is busy but for good reason - It’s the best Tim Horton’s in the area (and frankly, their service is better than the nearby Dunkin’) Well-run, well-organized, and well-maintained, they do a pretty solid job.

Went into the drive thru very busy. About a 10 min wait to get my order taken fast window service and very kind woman working.
I used their bathroom, I am leaving them 5 stars for that. Thank you, interior is nice.

I was just in this time Hortons and ordered an iced coffee. The young guy who was taking my order got offended when I asked a question about the price I was charged and the price on the menu board. He claimed that he didn't know the menu and he never looks at the menu all the while raising his voice at me. The general manager needs to fire him and hopefully he doesn't get a job in any more restaurants because he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Beware if you go in that time Hortons of this disrespectful person. If I go back in that location it will only be to make sure he is fired.
This black females employees at the late night shift are gross not professional at all. I asked for a chai tea late and I went back to change it or so they can make it right. It looked like coffee water and expired whipped cream. They were laughing at me and what they gave me. I swear 🤬 this is not right. Like if you dont have the tea let the customer know. Saying they only have the water and syrup? I think they just playing with the customers. They didn't change to a small hot chocolate and they wanted to charge me for trash. I told them keep it and drink it!

I stopped at this location this morning, I ordered a take 12 and a dozen donuts ahead of time 15-20 minutes. When I showed up there was about 5 cars ahead of me, the lady over the microphone was very prompt and professional, always so sweet over the microphone, so I figured I would have to wait but let me tell you when I got up to the window they gave me my dozen donuts immediately and about a minute for my take 12 with everything needed for it with enough time to get to work and set up everything for my carpenters ready to take on this cold day today. I can say this morning was very successful and they were so happy to have some HOT tim hortons coffee and fresh donuts. So for that I thank you so very much, every time I come here everyone is working as a team to get what they need to get done ✅
