Every time we order for our place of business, we never get what we order. Apparently they don’t care. I didn’t want to order but I did it anyway now I’m in a bad mood. Ordered 3 Carmel iced caps, I ice cap, a breakfast sandwich, 2 donuts and 1 iced coffee 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. Received the wrong sandwich, bagels were not toasted, no Carmel iced caps, 2 Mocha iced caps, 4 iced coffees with nothing in them. This place is such a dump it needs to be shut down, management doesn’t care, district manager doesn’t care and the owner even worse!
