Though they open at 6am, do not plan on getting any food besides donuts till 6:45am. Even though they arrive prior to 6am to prep earlier. This has happened 3 days straight, you have a job, do it.

Manager here has a attitude problem. Its 8am, i just ordered & guess she was annoyed that I was asking what was in the breakfast loaded wrap and she had a nasty attitude the entire time although my mother and I were calm and just trying to understand what all came in the breakfast loaded wrap. Well we drive up to the window finally and she has a nasty face looking at me and my mom crazy. Then her whole demeanor changed when I asked if she was the manager. She started trying to act polite, and even told me “ have a great day” after she was acting like a brat of a child over the system to order, exhaling very loudly over and over again, saying “ oh my god” because she couldnt be patient to allow my mother to ask 2 questions, which by the way she got upset with us because she didnt describe the wrap correctly, anyways when she said she was in fact the manager there i just felt like theres no point telling her anything at that point, because if she is the manager and she is acting like that instead of professional, I dont expect any better honestly. First time I came to this location and it was a horrible experience they need to work on their face & their attitude ‼️ my mom comes here often and she says that this specific lady AKA THE MANAGER always treats her poorly this way. I would not recommend coming to this location at all, and my mom has made the choice to no longer support this location because of the manager as well. Edit, I called this location after i submitted this review and spoke with the manager and asked her to review it herself and she replied ok thanks , so hopefully something changes soon and im hoping its her

Filthy bathrooms, out-of-date menus, and combative customer service reps. There’s plenty of other Tim Horton’s locations to patronize in this area.

I didn't go to the Timm Hortons, but I went to Wendy's. Their customer service could be better.

By far the rudest Tim Hortens I have ever entered. I’ve given this Tim Hortens MULTIPLE chances since covid I would just assume that it was because of the lack of customers they had but their attitude never seemed to change. They pick and choose when they feel like making food (7 am) Was even told they weren’t giving out food and looked to my right to see a group of people who were dining in eating. I also feel very rushed when ordering. the worker would tell me to “pull forward” when I haven’t even finished my order, not only does this make them lose money but also customers. Coffee ratio is also veryyy off. I go to multiple Tim Hortens and my order always tastes the same, except this one. It’s usually overly bitter or overly sweet.

The worker was very disrespectful and had a very. Negative attitude and they ruined my order Didjnt today my bagel and charged me extra for the things they Didn’t give me the bread of the bagel was old and tasted bad.

Who ever was taking my order today was so rude! She didnt let me finish my sentence nor did she get my order right. She does not listen at all i asked to use my points and she only scanned my qr code. I left it as but yall need someone else taking orders. The ice capp was good tho it wasnt liquidy. How ever, the cheese on my grill cheese wasnt even melted.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg biscuit sandwiches. Staff was a bit rude. When I got my sandwich, the first one had two large conspicuous pieces of eggshell visible in the egg patty. 100% they saw this while prepping, they just didn't care to do anything about it. Part of the egg yolk in that sandwich was also blue-green and smelled of mildew. Hope I don't get food poisoning.

they never have a mixed berry smoothie every time you ask them at the front desk they tell you the truck did not arrive. It will be there at 12:30. You need to take it off the menu if you don’t have it.

i went through the drive through to get an ice capp & stupidly decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches, bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. It was cold, love cold eggs - NOT - the biscuit fell apart, had to be made in advance just sitting there. I will go for coffee but will stay away from their food in the future - I had to throw that nasty breakfast sandwich away, not edible.
