Today the donuts from Tim Horton I tried and the blueberry muffin was so dry and stale. I called the Tim Horton and they swear they put out fresh donuts. I told them NO you did not i and my co-workers know what fresh donuts taste like. I called them twice and the person would not give me the manager! I might stop by their after work. I told them that they ought to be ashamed of selling dry old donuts to the community.

First of all, this is a gas station... not an actual cafe. Superbly rude "manager" here. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Does not deserve to be in any customer-facing role. Worst experience I've had at any cafe before. He said his name was Binshar Mouta and he wasn't wearing a nametag.

Order the caramel iced capp with whipped cream and caramel swirl on the whipped cream and an iced coffee double triple. It turned out to be very delicious and I'll definitely be back. Customer service was A+?
