I went to this Tim Hortons on 02/15/25 at 9 am at the drive thru. I got two meals, one was the BLT breakfast sandwich and the other was a bagel with egg and bacon. I got hash browns and coffee for both drinks. It was $20 which was horribly expensive first of all. And second of all the food was HORRIBLE. The coffee was cold so were the sandwiches. The hash browns tasted as if they were from the day before and had a strong aftertaste that was nasty. I wasted $20 on this food and was unable to go back since I was going to an appointment. We couldn’t even eat any of it and ended up throwing it away. The coffee tasted so old and nasty I couldn’t drink it to wash down the gross food.

Store was cleanish.. staff was busy having a laugh with each other, focused on drive through more then walk in..asked for a 2c1s and got a black :(
Store had that new look with a fire place and sofas.. but what looked to be a person down on his luck was sprawled out with his belonging on multiple seats having a loud phone conversation with someone or maybe no one.. thats when i decided this dine in is for take out..
The person behind the counter corrected my order after i asked .. and what happened to the Croissants TH, why have they shrunk so much!

This is the best TH around. For 5 consecutive years this was my first stop every morning, 6 days a week. I moved away from the area and didn't get the chance to thank Charles and his team for going above and beyond. I'm now trying to get my coffee right on my own at home because the Tims in my area is the worst I have ever encountered. From your 7am xlg Dark Roast - Thank you!!

The coffee always when I order it from them, but it taste horrible. When you drink it, you don’t drink coffee you drink water with a little milk the people at the window when you told them thank you or say anything to them. They just stare at your face. I won’t recommend that place to anyone

I ordered a small cup of hot chocolate and when I got home I found half a cup of hot chocolate. I don't know why the service is bad at night. It was around 6 o'clock. We love Tim Hortons and we want their service to remain good all the time.

Yum, I got the blended iced frozen caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso! Sooo good. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant was sub-par, it was smooshed; not flavorful and not warm. We got a dozen donuts, and they are cold. I'm not used to that, so it was a little unsettling. However, they taste pretty good soft, chewy and the chocolate topping is okay. The staff was really nice and friendly. The tables not so clean.

The way they make their food is nasty. I asked for a croissant with egg and cheese. They gave me a plain bagel with egg and cheese no seasoning and it was dry and jello like. Never again at this location.

They made my online order promptly, extremely easy & convenient. I was very impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service. My daughter & I stopped there this morning. We weren’t in the drive through line long . However, when we got to the window . We waited a bit for our food . We get home to eat our food . And ALL of the sandwiches tasted & looked old. They tasted like they were from yesterday. It’s no way possible they were fresh .

We have an early train ride at Dearborn Amtrak Station. It’s 43 degrees outside and we wanted to get warm up by a hot cup of coffee and a sandwich for breakfast. We waited 20 minutes for them to open at 6am. Gave them another 5 minutes but THEY DIDN’T OPEN. Staff acted like they didn’t see us waiting for so long. So inhumane. Terrible!!!
