First, it took 10 minutes to order and I was first in line. After I ordered, the coffee was COLD! More creamer than coffee. In my croissant, the cheese was half missing. I asked for a dome lid for my coffee. I did not get it. My bagel with cream cheese had hair in it. Plain cream cheese and it was not professional. No hair nets. My survey for 10 Timbits for 1$ was not honored in their system. Fix this.

Today I had a bad experience with the staff they’re really bad and the big problem was she was the manager and angry because I couldn’t hear her voice and I said No!! She gets mad at me it’s surprising for me if the manager talks like this what about other staff??

I always order a medium Carmel frappe, the last 3 times I ordered it it was watery and I always say extra whip cream and I swear they put the least amount of whip cream on my drink. If I'm going to pay $5 for a coffee it should be amazing. I'll just take my business to Dunkin donuts at least I'm getting a medium that looks like a large and it tastes like a $5 coffee should

I always order 1 cream. I received my coffee and it tastes like nothing but creamer every time. I asked the staff to make sure it’s one cream and they stated the machine is pushing out more creamer than it should.
Staff got annoyed when I asked to remake it…
Coffee from here also sometimes has a stale taste to it. Like it’s not fresh or something.. I drink alot of coffee so I know when something is off. Some who don’t drink coffee a lot probably wouldn’t notice.
Coffee is really important in the morning on the way to work and it’s really an inconvenience, No one has time have you remake it or go to another place.

The worst tim hortons ever to exist, very rude staff. I was trying to make my order more clear and the lady there literally walked away and started yelling, and then they made me wait like 15 minutes and the food was cold. I wonder why theirs barely any cars in the drive through i see that people had enough if this tim hortons probably better to either close or get a respectful staff that has good matters and treats customers good!!
After the 15 minute wait in the drive thru as the doors were locked to go inside, in the morning at that. I ordered a bagel, toasted that had to be warmed up once I got to work, it was cold ? and had stir my coffee, to blend it. It's a little ridiculous that this store is close to my work and I have to find another one as I'm always late for work due to the wait. Oh and they never have hashbrowns either. 3 day I've ordered one to be told they are out. Not a bad store, but needs to do better.
