Consistently Disappointing Service and QualityI am compelled to share my ongoing disappointing experiences with this Tim Hortons location, especially regarding their DoorDash orders. It has become a recurring issue that my orders are often incomplete or incorrect. Items I look forward to enjoying are frequently missing, and more than once, I’ve received someone else’s order entirely.The most disheartening aspect, however, has been the noticeable decline in the quality of their coffee, which was once a staple of my daily routine. Lately, the coffee has consistently had a burnt taste, detracting significantly from the enjoyment and comfort I used to find in their brew.I had hoped these issues would be temporary, but they have persisted over time, leading to a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. This feedback is a plea for improvement and a return to the quality and service standards that Tim Hortons is known for.Rating: ⭐ (1/5 Stars

Food was terrible half cold the young lady at the drive thu was very rude they just threw my hash brown in the bag and when I questioned her about the food she said that the way they gave it to her and closed the window very unprofessional need to stick with just serving coffee only food was terrible.

I'm giving 3 stars because service and product has been great until the past couple weeks. I've been coming here 7 days a week for quite awhile and 7 days a week I order the same thing, an extra large dark roast 3 cream, 3 sugar. It's been perfect, until the last couple weeks. I've been given luke warm coffee. I was given some type of unrecognizable hot drink and this morning my coffee has no cream or sugar and is not dark roast! I've tried calling. I understand they get busy and can't answer. I don't know what has changed, but please train the new employees better.

Went through around 12:30pm and order a ice capp, a sausage egg and cheese bagel and some tim bits. Got home and realized they gave me two croissant sandwiches instead. Had a sip of my supposed to be Carmel ice capp, but it tastes like straight black coffee. Have been trying to call for 30 minutes already. No one has picked up the phone. Horrible service to begin with. Will not be returning to this location. Better to just go to the biggby down the street.

Criminally understaffed. Often only has one poor person running the whole thing. There's nothing but donuts and coffee available most of the time, and even that is slow and not great. Literally less service than a simple vending machine.

My husband came early and ordered for our kids 10 honey dip timpits, they shorted him 2. I tried to call and let them know, didn’t want refund or anything, just for them to know as its not the first time they give us our order messed up. No one answered the phone. Please pay attention to your orders. This location is closer to my house but Ill go to a different location.

It's 6:16 and it's not open, the manager just got there, opened the door and everyone ignored me, I was in there 10 minutes and still no one acknowledged me, I walked out, hope corporate sees this, it's horrible
