Place Use to be great, I Went to California for a year, came back and noticed a huge fall off. Came three times and my coffee tasted 3 hours old each time. Like they’re just leaving it in a bucket warmed up. I’m sure those warm up things are fine in the morning because you go through coffee so quick but for someone like me who enjoys a 2 or 3pm afternoon coffee you don’t get the same experience of a hot fresh coffee because they give you stuff that’s been sitting there in a container
for hours. They need to implement and enforce one hour dumps to keep coffee fresh. It’s a coffee shop, with all the competition popping up this is a bad time to be off your game
Every time you ask for espresso shots they give excuses that the machine is not working .. it happened so many times

Ordered my stuff online and it took 16 minutes to receive my bagel. My coffee was disgusting as well. The girl was wiping her nose before she handed me the coffee and didn’t wash her hands before doing so. You could hear the man yelling from the back to calm down whenever the girl asked him about my bagel. I was late taking my daughter to school as well. Won’t be returning here. Very rude and disgusting.

This the third time my order had been skipped, and been a customer for tim hortons for a century, today November 9 I went there i ordered large coffee and eggs and cheese English muffin and one hash brown and double chocolate doughnut(donut) i waited 15 minutes for the food and someone else behind me they got their order ready, then the person working on preparing the food says no more hash browns, the 2 times that happened before I took substitute things but this time I couldn't because no apologies and the only offer I got a doughnut but I already got that, they didn't want to return the money back because I paid with a debt card, now how can you not refund the money, under what rules and conditions that you can not refund the money and offer something not same value of the thing I ordered, at least they could refunded with cash, my sense telling me that the 2 people working on preparing food they have some Discrimination issue specially with me, 3 times not one or two, now I'm not sure who is in charge of this establishment, there's many way to fix the issue, all I wanted the money back simple is that, unfortunately they know they about to run out of hash browns but no one notify the cashier about it, then one person works there says wait 7 minutes on top of 15 minutes, there's no excuse acceptable only when you give me the money back this is called stealing I'm not sure how many people been through this, tim hortons corporate needs to take steps,

Everyday I get a bagel and I ask for it to be toasted. When the day shift people work they never toast it. And crazy part about that is the manager is in the store serving the window during morning shift so why isn't there any discipline?

I mean the drinks are good, customer service is hit or miss. They must have the cleanest toaster on earth because every time I want something it’s being cleaned.

Had the vanilla creme donuts. I was expecting them to be fluffy and fully of cream. They seemed a bit dense and tough, not as creamy as I like.

Watered down coffee & stale donuts. You cannot even bite into the donut because of how stale it is. The inside of the coffee shop is filthy especially the kitchen area behind the counter. How can anyone trust getting a drink or something to eat from here if it’s that dirty. I gave this location multiple chances. Never coming back again!!!
