I have given this location so many chances over the years (at least four) because it is the closest to my work and it is almost always a bad experience. They did it once again! I ordered a chicken and cheese panini and of course they were out of the chicken because they are always out of something. So I got a different protein on the PANINI. I received two pieces of barely toasted bread with cold meat and cheese. A panini is supposed to be done in a press so everything is hot. I will NEVER come back here. If you must go here I would go inside so you can check your order. If you do the drive thru check everything before you leave. Over the years they have given me the wrong drinks, the wait was often verrrry long, and they are always out of something. If you can go to the one by the dearborn transit center, do it. In a pinch go to the one at telegraph and michigan. I almost never leave reviews unless something is really bad or really good. Don't waste your money here. My best guess is that the issues come from the top as it has been going on for so long. So it won't get better unless there is a major change in management and/or owner.

This location has very awkward and limited hours of operation that keep changing. To make matters worse, they never remember to turn off their neon OPEN sign. I just attempted to get a coffee at 3pm, their open sign was on, but the woman in the drive thru said "I'm sorry, we're actually closed right now". It's a little frustrating when you go out of your way to stop there for a coffee for nothing.

By far the best Tim Hortons location! I have one right next door to my work but I would rather drive the extra five miles to come to this location! They always get my coffee right, they are cheerful, polite and fast! See yall tomorrow morning same time!

Walked over from next door looking to grab a coffee and they have signs saying drive through only despite clearly having a dining room. Seems a little odd.
I always go to this place and my kids loves dining in. I always have a great experience. Today an employee by the name of Eyad gave us a great experience as he went above and beyond to have an exceptional experience. Thank you Eyad!!
