I always come here and get ice cream sandwiches cookies or lattes and Marya always takes care of me and has my order ready I feel like a king when I go there she’s so attentive and can make my intricate orders so fast by far the nicest girl and best customer service ever cookies 12 out of ten customer service 1000000000000000000000 out of ten thank you marya me and my friends and family all love you your the best give her a raise she deserves it! The coffee and cookies here are hands-down the best—no complaints there. But the service, especially over the phone, is seriously unprofessional. My friends and I have called multiple times (not in the same day, just in general) just to be put on hold for 10+ minutes, or worse, have the call cut off completely. Sometimes it goes straight to a Verizon message saying the call can’t be accepted. If they’re too busy to answer, they should at least have an automated system letting...
Unfortunately, it seems either the staff needs additional training or the order-handling process needs improvement. It took 35 minutes to receive just six cookies, a water, and a lemonade. To make matters worse, the cookies weren’t warm or fresh as they usually are. When your menu consists of only 4-5 cookies, orders should be moving quickly—there really shouldn’t be a long wait besides for drinks.
