This place is a very quiet quaint establishment . The customer service was top-notch. They were very detailed and explaining the food we was going to receive. The food was spectacular. The fries were air cooked crispy. The Korean wings were very tasty and not too hot. The brussels sprouts was fresh. The M-39 club sandwich was fresh! No old lettuce or tomatoes. I’m definitely go to coming back here again to try some of the other foods.

This is the second time I visited Tria. I tried to forget my previous experience and gave it a second try. There were 5 adults and 1 child at our table. Here are my impressions:1. Adriana, our server, was great. Extremely attentive and caring.2. The Manager, I didn't get his name but it was an older gentleman with glasses and a short beard, you can have him. I sent back my filet to be cooked more because I can only eat meat well done and when the manager brought it back he told that my filet was like leather and he couldn't do anything else for me. I guess he forgot that the customer is right. He needs some courses in public relations.3. Everyone's good was extremely salty, the meat and the fries had a lot of sea salt and the meat had a lot of black pepper.4.The busboy cleared out appetizers without asking us if we were finished and put our silverware right on the table. Not too sanitary.5.The atmosphere was extremely noisy.6. My party was surprised with the 20% service fee and right below it the graduate line. If the service charge was disclosed somewhere we probably missed it. Please let me know where it is shown in your web page. So, my conclusions:Tria is not the place where I want to spend $600 for dinner, especially since one person had tacos and the child had chicken tenders. Only two people had some wine and the rest of them had pop. This comment is not based on ability to pay but on the fact that we didn't get the bang for the buck.I was very kind with my rating. I will be very happy to discuss the above with anyone from the restaurant management.Parking: Free valet parking

Only highlight of the evening was the charcuterie board as an appetizer. Valet parking was no where to be found, no big deal so we parked outselves. Hostess was extremely dry upon greeting however our Server was probably the least impressive of the night. Felt extremely rushed through the dinner experience and the noise level was almost deafening. My husband and I wanted to try a new date night spot and according to their website they are “fine dining”. However this is not even close to fine dining, it’s like a more expensive TGI Fridays.

The staff, top-notch. The food is delicious, my waiter old school steakhouse professional. I had the N.Y. steak with bacon and artichoke as a side. Prepared perfectly. The atmosphere, well, that's this restaurants one dent in the armor. Located inside the hotel, you get guests on vacation who challenge the dress code. I sat next to some tables that were loud, which is a distraction if you haven't partaking any alchohol.

We really enjoy the food at Tria. Our waiter, Paul, does a great job. The only area that needs work is the cocktails. They are always just ok. Yesterday was the same. My husband's drink was supposed to have sage and did not. My French Connection was good, not great.

The TRIA pork entree was marvelous! The brussel sprouts were especially tasty... and the service? Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend TRIA. It's a gem!

We came here for wine and appetizers on a Friday early evening. It has a nice, quaint atmosphere. The doorman was very friendly and the bar staff were very personable. Such a nice vibe. We ordered the burrata and roasted butternut squash (delicious! I wanted more), Korean cauliflower (savory taste) and charcuterie board which had all of the delicacies on it. I had a red blend to pair with our dishes. Excellent evening.

I had the steak for $45. It could have been a little tender and sweet potatoes. It was OK , my waiter was excellent. I think his name was Ryan. He was excellent. I was there for a Red Hatter dinner, I liked him because he was very patient with the Redhatter women , i thank him for that , but everything else was excellent including my valet Man. ??Parking: validate parking

I have never felt so disappointed, disrespected in my life after eating at this restaurant. The food was ok at BEST. The MANAGER told us it wasn't her problem that we did not read the menu and see that it was pork in the Brussel sprouts. And that if we wanted a replacement they would charge us for both. I'm not one to play the race card but it definitely seemed as if that was not something that would have been said if we weren't black. I was in disbelief when she said it and asked her again as if I didn't hear her and she repeated it. When I reached out to management of The Henry to relay my experience, I was promised calls back that I did not receive. After calling multiple times and speaking to people who said they would have the manager Jennifer call me back, I finally received a call back and was told they would refund the brussel sprouts that their server took back. When I asked for what else would be done regarding how poorly we were treated( b/c that wasn't the only thing that happened) she got an attitude as if she didn't understand why I was asking that. I have been to many upscale restaurants around the world and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't care about their customers.

My experience at Tria in The Henry Hotel was unfortunately disappointing, falling short of the expectations set by its online reviews and pictures. I visited Tria to celebrate a friend's birthday, hoping for a memorable dining experience, but it did not live up to the hype. The most notable issue was the service, which was remarkably slow. It significantly affected our dining experience, as we had to wait an excessive amount of time for both our orders to be taken and our food to be served.Regarding the food, it was a major letdown. Contrary to expectations of fresh, quality meals, the dishes we received seemed more akin to frozen or microwaved food, lacking the freshness and flavor one would anticipate from a restaurant of this caliber. The ambiance of the place also contributed to the underwhelming experience. The decor and overall atmosphere felt outdated, detracting from what could have been a pleasant environment.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Tria in The Henry Hotel. It was far from the special occasion venue we had hoped for, and I would hesitate to return or suggest it to others. In all honesty, I would give zero stars if that were an option.
