At the end of summer when it’s still hot, I need a smoothie. So I’m head to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe location for a Sunrise Sunset. It’s so delicious with the tanginess of orange and pineapple blended with strawberries. I love the value of 24 ounces for $7.20 and only 400 calories.

The drink tasted like ice! I spoke with the person who was making my drink (bahama Mama), and I told her that the color was not right. She said, "That's how it should look." When I came home, it tasted just like ice, as expected. I'm unsatisfied with the service. I'm a on going customer, therefore I know my drink well. I just wish there was more customer service. It would have helped if she had said, "I'll add more or see what I can do," but she blew me off. I love this cafe and their beverages. I am just unhappy that I was not heard.

I would advise you to go to another location. Ran by irresponsible teenagers throwing food at each other. I seen a sandwich hit the floor and get bagged up and served.
I read some bad reviews from this location but I think management is doing a great job. Everyone is very respectful and you can’t really expect perfection from teens. I was served by Hussein today and he was willing to customise my smoothie by taking out some ingredients with no problem.
