I wish I was a sixth star. The service was so beyond amazing. And the girl with glasses is super duper nice. She was willing to make the alterations I added, and it was an overall amazing experience.

This is by far one of the worst tropical smoothie locations. Let’s start with how some of the staff is rude when you give them your order which is uncalled for. Then when you give them your order they themselves are unsure if you received the correct smoothie, because there is no label on it. This is a big issue because each time I went I’ve gotten the wrong smoothie. The staff has to ask each is this her smoothie are you sure, and ask what smoothie was put in what blender. Today was a big no for me because once again I received the wrong smoothie a total waste of money. Please close this location or do a retraining.

Lettuce not always the freshest but otherwise pretty good. They never give you chips with your meals you better remember to ask. Atp I think it’s a scheme they got going on lolll save a few coins ? Jk

I just left from this location and the Girl in the scarf named Fatima was extremely kind to my friend and I. However, one of the other workers, the girl with the blue hat and blue shirt, was noticed brushing her hair behind the counter. I normally don’t leave reviews, but, I felt that the girl brushing her hair was highly uncleanly for working with food. Management should do better.

I hate myself for getting the drink "lean machine ". It’s categorized as an energy drink and this thing is keeping me awake. Its 3am rn and I cant sleep ?. I just finished finals. ALL I WANT TO DO IS SLEEP. I just wanted a banana smoothie not Adderall. ? pluse there was something hard in that drink, like a pill... u guys might of not mixed it well enough. nevertheless I threw it out, didn't even drink half and I'm suffering the consequences of choosing the first strawberry banana smoothie I see.The stars are for correct marketing and service and the negative 2 is for my suffering. ?

Honestly one of the best tropical cafes I have been to. Service is top tier!!! From the young lady at the counter to the gentleman that made my wrap. They were so kind and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door!!!! Amazing service and will definitely be back again !!
