Ordered delivery. They were out of two items and sent the completely wrong items to me. They told me to call DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash couldn’t help and told me to contact the store. The store does not answer their phone.

Honestly, this is my usual go-to spot for tropical smoothie, but the past three times I've ordered from here during varying times of the day, they have been out of ingredients and have made no attempts at contacting me, or letting me know. I feel like they are making the order in the hopes of me not noticing so that they won't have to deal with it. It wouldn't be an issue if this wasn't a constant problem, but it's something that I almost expect at this point. Really disappointing, this location used to be awesome. Please check your food, because you will be ripped off if you don't catch it.

Quality of food has been consistently going downhill. Few weeks ago got a 3 cheese chicken quesodilla and a chicken pesto flat bred. They gave the flatbread in a tortilla and essentially filled it with pesto. The dilla was overcooked and almost burnt.

Handed everyone else their drinks, but left me waiting, I wasn’t served until after everyone else in the store that paid after me had already got their items. I feel discriminated against, why was everyone else served before me? Why were they handed their drinks and mine was left to sit? even as I waited right next to the employee not even 2 feet away? Is it because I’m tall and blonde? Tired of being treated unfairly based on my appearance, even tipped them, definitely regret that. I’ll go literally anywhere else.

If you don’t like your job, why work there? Too many times in the evening they just slap stuff together and give it to you. I shouldn’t have to wipe my sandwich off cause you just wanna throw sauce on there without a care. My smoothie should be blended all the way, it’s not like you ate blending it by hand. I shouldn’t have to ask you for napkins or the side that came with my order. Tired of customer service worker forgetting the customer and service part. Only certain employees really know what they are doing there. Definitely a disappointment.

Very rude and careless staff. Took my 8 years old daughter who is diabetic to get a lilo and stitch drink, she was super excited. We asked about the total carbs in the drink so she can take insulin for it and they acted clueless make fun of why we are asking. Very disrespectful. And it smells so bad in there. Stay away.

It is quite literally terrible in this establishment, the smoothies are decent, but the customer service is 1/10 like why does everyone in here have an attitude?? why are you mad that I want a smoothie?? The last time I went in there were fake lashes all over the floor like ugh????
