You can SMELL the burnt oil they use for fries in the dine in area, and the fries are so old including the burgers. I've had a burger and fries and i can just tell its been out for 3 hours then warmed up when i ordered it. Disgusting. Literally made my stomach so upset.

Ordered my food and when I pulled up to the window there was 3 employees smoking weed right infront of my car next to the railing and walked right back in to grab my card. I know for a fact it was weed by the smell and doing it in the clock.

I absolutely enjoyed stopping in thus restaurant yesterday (Nov. 6, 25). The entire place was clean as a whistle and the staff was patient and so pleasant. I have passed by dozens of times, while out picking up my grandson from school, but now I know this is s great spot the two of us can stop in at. I wish I had taken pics, the food was just perfect. It's been years since I have experienced that at any Wendys... so a huge shout out to the manager and staff. I really do appreciate it.

It may be the worst customer service I've experienced. Between the people who are taking your order who are extremely rude to them lying to you and charging you more and acting like that is store policy until they get called out. The place is a hot mess stay away.

Somebody's WATCHING Me!
First time at this location, ordered a biggie bag and fuego chicken sandwich. Their intercom wasnt working too well but they eventually got my order and my receipt details it. First my biggie was missing the burger.....no problem easy fix. But I get all the way home to discover that the cheeseburger I was missing was actually wrapped in the fuego chicken sandwich paper and that's what I was missing. Therefore leaving me over charged for a basic axx single patty cheeseburger. I don't stay in the area so I didn't bother to go back second time for a another correction.

Extremely slow. Napkins, utensils, ketchup cups, etc. all unstocked while multiple employees sat at tables doing nothing. Cashier just stared at me without saying a word. Food was fine.

It is a joined location with Tim hortons which gives a much wider selection and if you want you can combine an order from both locations. Gives a more delicious combo
