It is a joined location with Tim hortons which gives a much wider selection and if you want you can combine an order from both locations. Gives a more delicious combo

Ordered a son of baconator,10 piece spicy garlic Parmesan saucy nuggets and an large ice water. Never given receipt,payed for large water and was told they only have medium to give me,not one word about refunding or price difference here a free frosty, Nothing. Also I know you're short staffed but a little communication between the person making the food and the one placing orders would be great as I watched all lobby ordered food just sit there getting cold meanwhile drive through is moving,tell each other what's going on in order to keep customers happy and moving. Finally get food and she asked what sauce I wanted,I thought I ordered saucy nuggs !!!??? I said spicy garlic Parmesan and she proceeded to give me 2 buttermilk ranch cups instead,wtf ? I didn't want to make a fuss in public because I didn't feel like dealing with everyones attitude. If you don't want to work in the food industry get out. People missing buses on the street because their food can't get handed to them in a timely fashion and late for work or whole lunch break waisted on food that quite frankly wasn't worth waiting for.

Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. Consistently gets order wrong. Long wait, plan on at least 20 minutes. I wish the management would figure it out. I saw at least 6 cars drive off from the drivethru becasue of the long wait.

I have never had a cold burger not from a fast food spot. It was like he made the burger hrs ago you know how cheese melt then get cold a stiff on the meat. The buns was home nothing. It was likeb some one put together a old ass burger from yesterday. I asked for fresh fries. Once I start driving and finished my fries. I noticed the burger wrapper it not warm like normal. They had no large cups. Poor young lady said they was running out of supplies.

Yesterday we can up to get Food and coffee wait ask hello can we get some help hold on sec waited few mins went same response ask a couple more times nothing so basically we was refuse service wen we drove off the workers we not doing nothing but standing at the wind only 2 cars and they was at the window nobody in the drive threw

I would give 0 stars if possible. Had a mobile order. Was asked to pull to the front door. After sitting there waiting for 10m, I went inside to ask about order. Person working the drive thru was very rude and said she didn't tell me to park by the front door. By then my food was cold and frosties melted. To add insult to injury, my order was so messed up. Every sandwich was wrong, and I was missing an order of nuggets. Will not be back to this location.

Do not go to this Wendy’s!! They never get any order right. They forgot a whole meal in my order as well as put Sausage in my sandwich when I specifically asked for none as I can not eat pork. I ordered around 8:30am which apparently they don’t have coffee at that time??? Definitely do not recommend this location
Drive through is rarely open, never have all drink flavors, this time no straws

Disgusting location. They knowingly sold me soda with no syrup. "We don't have any, you want juice?" Why not tell me before we go to leave? Then you fill it with another no syrup pop? This place is horrible! No wonder why nobody comes here!

The most disgusting, dry, poorly made burgers I think I’ve ever eaten in my life. Burgers should have been in the chili tub, so dry and lifeless, veggies were nasty.
