Alrighty! Great Place! Waitress is Fantastic! Manager expedited the meal professionally! 1) Pull Pork sandwich, Fries, Coleslaw and little lettuce and 2 little half slice tomato as a garnish. 2) Greek Salad All Great Food!

This is not the same Westpoint BBQ. Not the same delicious food. The ribs were meaty but did not have a great flavor, the broasted fries were more like french fries. I used to love the food here, but not so much anymore. Customer service was nil.

My shrimp was fried too hard and were dark! I called and explained how my food was prepared and the woman there took my name and number and said she would give me another meal free of charge or a refund. I chose the meal. I explained to her that by the time I get off work they will be closed and do I need to show her the food, she said no just give your name and number and we’ll make it over. The next day I call and give my information and they said I have to talk to the woman and they didn’t know when she comes to work. I live 25-30 away. I’m only in the area when I go to work. After today I won’t be in the area until Monday and today is Wednesday! I’m so irritated because I wasn’t able to eat lunch at work because it was horribly made! When I go back on my next work day they told me I have to wait until “she” comes back to work!!!! When does she come back??? They don’t know….😡 I purchased 3 meals that day and only one of them were horrible, because of how things were handled I will not be back or recommend them to anyone!!
