If you are trying to order plain sliders via DoorDash, you'll notice there's currently no option to customize them on the app. This could be frustrating, but I have to commend the staff here for offering a brilliant solution!
Every time I place an order, I simply call the store immediately afterward and give them my name. They quickly confirm the customization (making the sliders plain) and have consistently gotten it right.
This level of great service and communication is awesome. It shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are willing to handle specific requests that the technology hasn't caught up with yet. Huge thanks to the team—you guys are awesome and deliver great food and service!

Store# 040031. I went to this Particular white castle on Thursday, 10/23/2025 at approximately 11:22am. There was a young lady working the drive thru and the counter,. She was very nice and polite, but she was making food, touching the cheese, burgers, buns, etc, and taking money, while ringing up at the drive thru and the front counter for the ten minutes that I was in there, but she never once changed her plastic gloves. This is very unsanitary, and it looks bad to customers.
The food was good and not overly salted. The staff was a small team of two who performed amicably despite the midday rush.
