At 7:50 today I was getting a GrubHub order an employee named Moe Went above and beyond to ensure that my customer got everything they needed along with assist me with the door with my hands were full. Very hospitable person. This type of behavior should be recognized and rewarded.

I hate to get out a character but she really disappointed me this evening.
She has a horrible attitude
As a costumer I should be able to use the restroom, why is she angrily banging on the door almost entering as if I did something wrong. If you don’t like your job Find another one and If you don’t like yourself look in that same mirror that very same one in that bathroom that you don’t own & the one you refuse your customers of and have a talk with yourself inside and out please!!

On the other hand the employees seemed to be just doing their jobs the best they can working with a miserable soul

Went in to order food around 7 pm and was immediately disgusted AND disappointed with what I saw. There was feces and human urine coming up out the kitchen floors. The employees were working efficiently to get my order out to me they remained professional even through frustration (I feel horrible because have to work in that mess) WINGSTOP I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE YOUR STORE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT SUCH AN UNHEALTHY STATE!!! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I seen my food being made and handled without gloves, there was no sanitary precautions made. The cashier was very rude and I looked at her hair and it seemed as if the dandruff in her hair was seasoning my 15pc boneless mango habanero wings 💔 not to mention everyone else had no hairnets on. And the soda machine had fruit flies around it. I’d rather starve next time.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a wingstop. Also ordered 15 wings and only got 12. The fries were extremely soggy as well. No one was wearing gloves at all from the moment we stepped foot in there. Please shut down this location or replace management!!!!

This is the worst wingstop. It’s ran by kids who do not care about the customer or their food. just ordered online, called the restaurant to inquire about adding Parmesan cheese since they did not offer it online. the lady over the phone stated that she would give the cheese to the driver but she in fact did not. My tenders barely had sauce on them, barely was ranch in the cup.. Stopped ordering from this location years ago, tried it out again only to see why I stopped ordering from here. Never spending my money here again.

Wing Stop Dearborns (almost all female staff) staff is extremely nice and accommodating letting you know wait times when it's busy and being extremely friendly.I can appreciate that these days which you don't see at restaurants much

I didn't even replace an order online yet , bad reviews are already. ( rude staff, food not good, and most of all poor customer service, the lady asked the manager " we got missing sandwiche and he or she asked to see the bag . No thank you I'm not spending $60 or 80 dollars for my big order in this.place . The only reason why I was going to order from this place because I live 8 minutes away from this place . I tell you what I'm going to drive to east Dearborn and pickup my order from wingfellas Dearborn I order 3 times from them so far , wallah no issues and they are friendly. Screw wing stop.
