I didn't even replace an order online yet , bad reviews are already. ( rude staff, food not good, and most of all poor customer service, the lady asked the manager " we got missing sandwiche and he or she asked to see the bag . No thank you I'm not spending $60 or 80 dollars for my big order in this.place . The only reason why I was going to order from this place because I live 8 minutes away from this place . I tell you what I'm going to drive to east Dearborn and pickup my order from wingfellas Dearborn I order 3 times from them so far , wallah no issues and they are friendly. Screw wing stop.

Went twice this year, first time place was full of smoke maybe the fan of the vents wasn’t working or something. Super rude stuff, always angry, they act like they cant understand what you’re saying. Food was ok. So anyways I decided to stop again today. As soon I walk in a younger black girl was on the phone, she seemed to be having a conversation of what sounded like a personal call. After a few minutes of waiting a DoorDasher almost push me over and got his order, then a second DoorDasher walk in and does the same, all I did was ask if she would take my order, she got so mad and started yelling at me about how she was giving the orders to the DoorDashers not taking my order. Meanwhile the black girl on the phone will not even say anything to me. I was flabbergasted and left super embarrassed because I was yelled at for asking when was my turn since I got there before both doordashers. I will not be back to any of these locations. Please stop going to this place.

I wish I could give "service" more than 5 stars. Christian is some woman for one woman. She never stops, So friendly right from when we stepped inside the door. All the staff work hard and have great comradery!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, very rude staff and unprofessional definitely not coming back here
They shorted us a sandwich on a large pickup order. We returned to ask for a replacement and the "manager" got loud and aggressive immediately. She said she needed to see ALL the food. Kids were already at home eating it, so we offered to send photos of the entire order. She shouted that she had to see it "live." Asked her what would stop someone from just leaving out the sandwich and showing her the rest and she got even more aggressive and tried to intimidate me. Doing a credit card chargeback, rather than deal with ignorant staff. Just don't bother with this rat trap of a restaurant.

This is my first time trying wing stop. I thought it would be really good because a lot of people talk about it on social media.I got the meal deal which comes with 20 boneless chicken wings and fries and two ranch.The fries were soggy and it was sugary and salty. The wings were crispy and warm but not the best. The only good things about this place is that they give you warm food.

I thought I shared already but I went to the Dearborn,Mi location. This was my first time trying wing stop. I asked for fried corn and chicken that was on a poster. It had no name so I asked the cashier what it was? She said something and said ok. I get some type of seasoned corn. The chicken bites were fresh but tasted regular af. Barely spicy as she told me those would be. The corn? I definitely could have made at home and my fries were burned. It tasted like a sprinkle of sugar. I give the food 3 stars because it was hot. I won’t be returning.
