Bensons hard times restaurant is nothing like it used to be from the food quality to the time it takes to receive your order to new servers that are known to basically ignore the customer and not worth the price.

I haven't been here in at least 15 years. Still good food, great portions, affordable prices, and friendly service.

Quality has been going down hill since the new owners took over. Today they said they were backed up and asked if we wanted to wait for an hour and a half. They close at 2. We were there at noon. I will never waste time going there again.

Grease on the breakfast sandwich was dripping out even with it being double wrapped.

Bensons Hard Times is upgrading in several areas. Please be patient and understand the owners are approachable and welcome feed back to improve.

We’ve been going to what is now Benson’s Hard Times Family Restaurant for years. We have always enjoyed our meals and the staff were awesome. Unfortunately tonight’s experience was not anything like the past. We had a group of 10 to celebrate my wife’s Birthday. When we walked in I knew something was off. It was a Saturday night and there was hardly anyone there. Very unusual. It took almost an hour to get our meal and grant it we know they don’t have a “pizza” oven so it takes a little longer but come on. And something was very off the flavor wasn’t the same as before. We have lost so many good restaurants. You need to do what you promised Debbie and all of her loyal customers. And leave it alone it wasn’t broke. Sincerely a disappointed loyal customer.

They charged me a $3.00 fee to use my debit card. My order was $80.75, and I was charged an extra $3 plus I tipped.

Have been there twice after our grandson's soccer game. Once for breakfast one once for lunch. Breakfast was really good. I had a waffle! Lunch we had the boasted chicken.. both very good! Waitress was nice too!!

We will be stopping again!

The waitress, Ali did a really good job. She came over and checked on us frequently. The service and food here was phenomenal. Very well priced for the food and service you get. Highly recommend their Breakfast.
