“Dang, the qualifications to become a “local guide” must be low. I don’t think people actually understand how the Hot and Ready system works. You pull up and order something if its ready, if not order and wait for it. They quite literally have a phone number and an app to order through which literally has codes for discounts. The food itself is nothing that crazy, but it’s not bad for the price for a quick bite that can feed a family on a busy schedule.“

I said that I was fine with the mistake and would take it as-is, but she insisted they make everything again and never charged me the (higher) correct price! Excellent customer service.
