Drive thru order had to wait for assistance. Paid for my order, was handed the food bag, but not the shakes ordered the girl at the window turned back around wondering why I'm still there, I told her I didn't get the shakes, I checked my order in the bag, it was missing an item. Another woman handed me my shakes and I told her about the missing item, she goes to get it, comes back, and dang near throws it at me. No apology, nothing and I'm the one saying Thank you?
