I use to love it here! Seriously felt like family! Costumer service has went to hell. Last two times I have been there, I have felt like I was an inconvenience. I understand personally being short staffed! I do! If I do not feel welcome I do not go back. ??♀️

This location never has a full produce selection and the reason given is “come on delivery day.” One or no lanes open during weekday evenings so if you’re shopping after work have fun using the self checkout for a full load of groceries. Significantly ($1 - $0.75) higher prices compared to Meijer even with a Kroger card. Won’t get my business again.

This store is disgusting, unclean, and pitiful. I witnessed a staff member who I was told is a manager "Christine" cuss out a customer for 20 minutes, and the customer was actually right. I should have recorded it. I asked to speak with a store manager and was told by the staff watching the self check outs they didn't know who it was. This woman doesn't need to be employed. I don't care what was going on with the customer. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. If the customer was that "bad," call the police and have them escort the individual out. Over the past few years, this location has gone to hell. I will not be back. I hope corporate is paying attention to the reviews on here and on other social media platforms.

Every time I come here there is only one register with an employee open. It’s ridiculous. This Kroger used to be decent but it’s gone totally down hill. From their freshness in produce to their messy aisles. Hire some people and pay them so you have satisfied customers and service. A company like Kroger should do better

My favorite Kroger. Get that kroger card and pick the hours you shop wisely, this is a busy kroger that sometimes is understaffed. Pay employees more and you have more employees, sound good Krogies?

Kroger isn't the best value, you could buy most items less elsewhere. Over the years, the store has gotten dirtier, not well stocked, and significantly more than competing stores. I don't go to the store anymore
There's never enough workers, the coolers are almost never stocked anymore. This whole company is going downhill very very fast. Sad.

I came to Kroger this other morning and everybody here is rude the lady that was helping me was very rude she was in a tennis she wouldn't give me her name and they wouldn't give me a manager so I come in today to talk to a manager and a lady calls that to me and just starts being basically rude herself what do you need a manager for and all this other stuff her name was Denise I recommend never come into this Kroger's Kroger's very slimy very dirty and the people here are very rude
