I was recently in this establishment and ordered a sweet iced tea. I did notice that they were quite busy so I did expect a little bit of a delay. The staff was extremely understanding about everything and they were trying to help as many customers as they could seeming how all of the staff had just clocked in and the previous shift had not given them any information about what was happening or the orders that were already in process. The lobby was so clean and the employees were busting butt to get food out to lobby and drive thru. My sandwiches were so fresh and the muffins were so easy to eat, in mason I usually have to habr them remake it cause they are to hard or burnt. You guys are rocking it out this morning!!!!!
If you stop here, there is a 99% chance they will make you pull up or into a parking spot whether or not any cars are behind you. Accuracy is sporadic, At least the staff is more pleasant than it was a few years back. I am not a fan of the two lane drive thru concept, It seems hard for them to keep both lines moving semi equally which usually passes people off. My food was decent, so I guess it's an improvement from the last 1 star rating I submitted.
