Had a small hot fudge sundae with nuts, and it was great!! Very good portion more like a medium size...yum! We also bought two doggie sundaes which was ice cream with two small biscuits, my dogs approved!! This is our go to place in Holt. Friendly, clean, and a wide variety of sundaes, shakes, and flurries!

Honestly I haven't been here since the 90s, but I have so many memories going here as a kid. Sweet Sensations is one of the best Ice Cream shops is the whole world. I can't wait to visit again in my 30s.

Great local ice cream. They have soft serve, dole whips, dipped bananas, and hand scoop ice cream as well! They hand make their waffle cones in a special way that makes them leak proof.. that there is enough to make me choose them. The butter pecan waffle cone is my favorite. Decent prices. Last day open was Labor Day. I will be first in line next year for when they reopen.

Service is great with the exception of end of season. Hand dipped is good, cute place. BUT they are a disaster on Labor Day - dont bother. Today I was standing in line was told "sorry these people are our last customers (there was noone behind us). It was so very rude.

My friend and I love coming here, it's a place you just have to go if you live in or near Holt! They are dog friendly too, would highly recommend bringing your pup for a treat.

I really enjoy Sweet Sensations ice cream and variety of options. However, I have went here 4 times this summer and each time I hoping it will be different yet leave disappointed in the behavior of staff and every time there has been an error with what I have ordered. I waited at the window while two girls gossiped. Another time a Hawaiian flurry I ordered was made incorrectly twice before the third. When I asked the girl to correct it she had an attitude. Another time I ordered a flurry and was given the wrong size resulting in them needing to correct it, and again rude about having to do so. Most recently I ordered a hand dipped, and they couldn't even get the flavor correct. I suggest some retraining on customer service skills and the correct prep of items.
