Friendly fast service and great ice cream (hard and soft serve). The Brownie Bowl looked great! Easy to get to with ample parking behind the building. Hard to feel bad about a loss when you finish the season with ice cream!
My family LOVES Sweet Sensations! Love their new soft serve! I wish they had more than one flavor of dole whip at a time, though, like the pervious owners.
One downside is the difference between employees - some put very little toppings in the flurries, while others give you a lot. You never know what you'll get when you order one!

Their hot fudge brownie sundae is delicious. I also tried their blueberry shake. Delicious. Only thing is, I wish they would sell the brownies by themselves for when I don’t feel like having the ice cream with it. But that’s just me. Either way, they have great options.
