This place does not exist any longer. It’s been replaced by another lobby bar

Good food and service. The beverage glasses need to be bigger.

I arrived here on business on Labor Day from California . Front desk representative (fair-skinned with locs) I forgot her name was very pleasant & attentive & an older male gentleman was also pleasant the next day I had breakfast. But About the stay, I was booked to stay for Labor Day, Tuesday, and for checkout Wednesday.. I LEFT on Tuesday Morning. The room was DISGUSTING to the point I left the NEXT DAY. I didn't even take a shower because I was scared that I would catch something.I ended up contracting a skin infection upon my arrival when I got back to California. I had to go to the emergency room and I'm currently taking antibiotics.Upon my arrival on Labor Day, I was located on the ninth floor the ninth floor hallway smelled of urine. My room smelled of urine. When I entered the room, there was hair and old food debris on the floor. The bathroom tub was dirty, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat, the ceiling was peeling, the sheets were dirty I was afraid to open my bag. I notified the nice lady at the front desk and she upgraded my room, but it was just a catastrophe. I was so tired from a long flight.. I just decided to go back downstairs and ask for sheets and pillowcases. I was so disappointed. To add the cherry on top, I had breakfast and spoke with a nice older gentleman who provided exceptional customer service! There was a young male there that was also working in the restaurant, and even after I tipped him, he decided to ask me the most disrespectful question... he asked me "if I was wearing a wig" I could not believe that he asked me that, unbelievable experience!

Our room didn't have a functioning bathroom. We had to plunge it after every use. They said there was nothing they could do. Location of the hotel was great. But hotel it's self, not so much.

I’m not sure I would ever come back here and would not recommend anyone else to do the same. Generally when one orders fish, that is seared one doesn’t expect it come out as a solidified rubber puck but they managed to achieve that. The steak was seared to “perfection” in that if blacked charcoal is what you’re asking for that’s what they’ve achieved. On the plus side the salad did arrive covered and ranch. All of these amazing Hattricks only took two hours. Would not recommend to return

This hotel is terrible ! We got there and found clothes still in our room they were going to come remove them never did and then we pull out the pull out couch In our suite and it has green s*** all over it ! We go down tell the front desk. There was nothing they could do for us so we slept 3 in a bed. Terrible just terrible . Then they have me email them the pictures to give me a call no one calls I have called three times and still haven't received a call back or anything. Will never book here again. The price is ridiculous for all the cheap stuff them have. I wouldn't even give them one star . April 22 this happened have called and email and they Can't even call me back

No where near what I wsa expecting. New owners supposedly. Scale back menu. Waiter was coll but the food and appetizers were brought to us at the same time. Not the usual way things are down. I want rant too much because I know the food service market is short-staffed. Update the website and that would be a good start.

When 24 Grille was located in the Westin- there was a certain gravitas about it. Unlike many of the new eateries in Detroit, it once encompassed the kind of urbane sophistication which has become a rarity in the city. With the move over to Indigo I can't say it holds the same appeal it once did. With an attempt to hold on to the brim of refined dining the atmosphere has become more of a pretentious Coney Island rather than the kind of dining you would expect to find in a "trendy" hotel. However, the customer service was remarkable, as 2 of 3 of my interactions with the staff were impressively accommodating and friendly. The menu leaves much to be desired especially with so many dining options nearby. The food is simply okay. The restaurant is, much to my dismay, a reflection of the hotel it's located in- more on that in my review of the Indigo. All around a place for the young or weary traveller. No one with the energy and time to go somewhere different will enjoy their dining experience here- especially the well travelled and well dined patron. But if you're looking for something quick and a step above Coney Island, are in the neighborhood, and are too tired to walk around the corner-this isn't the worst option

The worst breakfast in a restaurant I've ever had. I showed up right when they are supposed to be open (6:30 a.m.) and they weren't even close to prepared. When the sole waitress finally emerged from getting ice in the back, she barely looked at me when she talked, served lukewarm coffee which she slopped over onto the counter where I was sitting. My scrambled eggs were served in a little bowl (maybe microwaved?), along with a single piece of toast on a plate with frozen butter in little packets. Just wait 30 minutes and go to one of the other breakfast places in the area. Or Starbuck's.

They served me my raw meat but it was fixed, it tasted very good, but the poor attention from the waitress leaves us wanting never to return

Very slow service, even when there was only one other table occupied in addition to us. Half of the dishes on the menu were not available. Eventually got salad with chicken and a chicken sandwich wich was really a burger without fries or other sides... took ages and was not good value for the money. Bit of a shame, since the atmosphere is quite nice.

This profile needs a serious update. This is now a very stripped-down restaurant in the indigo hotel across the street from The book Cadillac. A few appetizers a few sandwiches, and of course drinks. Probably fine for someone staying in the hotel who wants a bite, but no reason to make it a destination.

The owner of this establishment cooked my wife and I breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. Service beyond exceptional! Thank you sir for a memorable experience.

Incredibly slow service. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.Took them 5 minutes to get me a menu which was dirty and smeared with food, and half the menu wasn't available or had changed.I ordered right away, and it took 20 minutes to get a glass of water after ordering, and 45 minutes to get my barely-warm steak (the potatoes were WAY hotter than the meat) and watered down Old Fashioned that only filled half the glass.Nobody came by to ask how the food was. Took over 15 minutes got anyone to realize I had stopped eating my food to ask if I wanted a box for the rest of my meal... but that was also only because the server forgot the order of the table next to me and had come back to verify it with them (15 minutes after they had given her their order).Took them over 15 more minutes to bring the bill after that. Server came by asking if I was "still okay?" while I'm just sitting here starting at my boxed up food waiting to leave. Almost 5 more minutes to bring me my bill and they removed the charge for the drink that I barely touched. (They didn't even ask why I didn't drink very much of it)Total of maybe 12-15 people in the whole restaurant at any time, with 2 servers.

My husband and I went for Valentines Day after a mix-up with another restaurant. We got there, and it was fairly empty. We sat at the bar and tried to order an app. They didn't have it ( the charcuterie board). I had water. In a very dirty glass. We wanted to order the flank steak. The server said they no longer have it, and instead, they have the New york strip for $40 ( not on the menu) . Ok, we ordered 2 New york strips, medium, no sides, extra butter. After a good amount of time ( server was the only one there and was not moving more than at her own pace, she was nice when we walked in, didn't give much energy after) we got our steaks drained in some kind of sauce and raw for my husband and med raw for me . I didn't mind my steak that temp, but I asked her not to have any vegetable oil ( the sauce had some kind of oil in it), and it was hard to scrape it off. It was all over.....I ate it.... my husband sent the steak back and about 10min later the cook, or chef, came out with it , asked the server why she didn't come get the steak and she told him " YOU give it to him".....o...k....well, other than extra sauce, the steak was the exact temp my husband sent it back as. He didn't eat it and said he could take it home to cook it . The server didn't apologize absolutely at all, not once, and when we asked for the check, we got a bill for $131.44.....we had 2 steaks ( $40) and one beer..... we told the server about it and she again did not apologize, she said she can fix it, my husband said he wanted a discount for the steak and she went to the back and came back to say all she can do is 20% off 1 steak. My husband said he didn't want to take it home after all, and she (after trying to supposedly get the manager) took the steak off. No apologies, no nothing. Very unprofessional, extremely understaffed, the server is not cut to be a server or waitress, not personable , just dry... doing her thing ....im her own time ....I guess she tried, being the only one there and supposedly working the while week before. Not again for us.
