I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The guy at the counter was friendly and service was quick. However, I wish since this replaced Tim Hortons and is on a college campus, the prices were cheaper. I enjoyed my latte and breakfast sandwich.
My favorite place ever 20/10
NOT the spot for matcha
They have the BEST matcha in the city. The atmosphere is inviting, the food is great tasting, good quality, and inexpensive.
Great coffee and great food! very minimal seating due to the small location so when it’s busy it can get cramped, I’ve only visited once when it was a slower day but they are still so speedy with their orders. Just wish it wasn’t such a tight fit but love the baristas and their matcha!
My coffee and food tasted terrible
really tiny place, but very good!! their coffee is pretty solid, and i really love their turkey sandwich with avocado (forgot the name lol) not much of a sit down place, but a great place to grab a quick drink and bite to eat. i go to CCS and it's only about a 10min walk from the ford campus so i love to go here often. their hazelnut croissant is also AMAZING!! would totally reccomend.
A great shop near campus with house made syrups, delicious sandwiches and salads, and treats galore.
The apple pecan muffins are delicious 😋
I love and miss this coffee shop. I’ll definitely be here next time I visit :-) I’m the biggest matcha lemonade fan!

I like this place, but many of the employees have a bad habit of closing early. Sometimes it’s the espresso machine, sometimes the register, or the door is locked early.
-320 has been a go-to spot for me for years! I love their homemade syrups, the matcha lemonade, and the grilled cheese. My only complaint is the hours are not very consistent. There have been times where the sign indicates they should have been open but they were not, but this is not uncommon with small cafes in the area

My favorite thing is the affogato :) Usually when I come in the same barista is working, Sagan is always a delight
always great coffee here, not as overpriced as other places on campus. Sandwiches and cookies are also super good! staff is friendly and polite :)
