I ordered nachos. For the price they changed their could have been more chips and ingredients in it. Skimpy on portions. Food tasted alright. Might go back but construction made it hard to get out of their parking lot.

Burrito was great, I ordered the double meat (chicken/shrimp) deep fried.
I asked for the 3.50 wet items on the side since it was a carry out. There was an addtl up charge to put the items on the side. So I canceled that part of the order.
The churro wasn't bad but it need a fruit or icing dipping sauce and it would be much better.
The chips are borderline stale, they need to be warmed up before serving. The mild salsa needs addtl flavor as well, it's missing something.
Overall I would go back for the burrito, the sides just need some work.

This was my first time visiting 44 Burrito. I am so glad I stopped by. I ordered the deep fried Chicken burrito and it did not disappoint. It wasn't greasy, full of flavor and huge I could only eat half. Unfortunately I didn't get the young lady name at register but she was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back.

I live directly behind this place and thought I would try it out because I heard they were having issues with business. As someone who has ran restaurants for the past 30 years, I wanted to give them a chance. Food overall Is a three out of five, ordering too hard and two soft tacos, along with a Loaded nacho. Tacos, definite fail, but the nachos were a saving grace, good flavor, good hearty chip to hold items, but the salsa was a utter fail. It honestly tasted like barely cooked tomatoes/Stew, with a little Cumin and a little spice. Service was great young lady on the line seems to be well-versed in her job and proficient, but I gotta say the menu is ridiculously huge for no reason. Luckily, most of the items are overlap of using similar or same product in multiple things, but they definitely need to hold it down and do a few things right instead of a lot of things mediocre and subpar. Probably wonât go back, especially when the motto or idea is âMexican with soulâ And soul and got nothing to do with that food. Sorry, had to come back for the insult to injury⊠I was charged $.70 to get the jalapeños for my nacho on the side. Now understandably an up charge because they Incur cost for using a 2 ounce SoufflĂ© cup (A case is 22.50 for 500 Whether from Gordonâs or sysco) But really $.70 for something that cost less than a penny Thatâs just gouging and pisses me off!
