I called my order in they told me 10 min. When I arrived it was a crowd of people placing orders. All of those people received there orders before me. It was 10:23 when I ordered didn’t get food until 10:57. I asked for a cup of water the waitress told me 1.00. I’m a paying customer and you telling me it’s 1.00 for a cup of water not even considering it took over 30 min for my order. I give them 4 thumbs down. I use to frequent them on a regular I won’t be returning if I do it will be in the morning. They have much better staff in the morning.

My order was totally incorrect, went back to have half of it recooked, only to discover, I was missing items out of my omelet. Called beack, got nothing but silence. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Cook goes outside to be in tge parking lot with a group of men,comes back in and doesn't wash her hands. Completely ruined my order so busy trying to run outside instead of remaking it she just adds some cheese to already dry grits and cold eggs. Playing in my food is a no for me!

So I am a delivery driver and had a delivery from here I picked up the delivery and arrived at the address of the customer I notice that it had a delivery code on the order, I proceeded to call the customer, I let her know about the code where she then got very angry and told me there was no code and that she didn't order from grubhub I stated that most likely that the code was text to her, she angrily said I didn't get any code I stated to her that without the code I would have to return the order she said then do that. I proceeded to call grubhub while still in front on the home and told customer service the problem, customer service rep called the customer and received the same bad attitude and no cooperation from the customer, the customer service agent come back online with me told me that she will mark the order delivered and that I can throw the order away or keep it, all recorded. I receive a call from a lady from this coney stating that I stole the customer food I said no call grubhub and they will explain she said I did already, I ask then why did you say I stole what my company told me to throw away or keep. Attitudes get you no where guessing that why she work at coney Island smh I did what I was told next time get your facts straight before you accuse someone of something. I don't even eat coney the food was toss in the trash. Smh
