The food truck A1 Smash offers a lot of burger and sandwich options. The smash burger sub is amazing and reminds of a chopped cheese. Chicken tenders and fries are hands down some of the best around. A double with BBQ sauce and an onion ring also gets great praise; the patties are not too thin, have crispy edges, are flavorful and juicy. The breakfast smash burger is described as perfect. Shoestring fries come with the burger, though some guests prefer a different side. Onion rings are called awesome and are next time. The staff is incredibly friendly, very kind and truly cares about doing things right. They put real love into the food and service and listen to attention needs. Prices are fair, about $24 for two burgers and some fries. The fries are seasoned, sometimes unevenly cooked, with both overly crispy and undercooked pieces. The veggies are crispy and the burgers are thin with crispy edges and soft. The truck is near Captain jay's, Secretary of state and a BP. Guests say they would eat there again and recommend checking this place out.
