I don’t know why a bakery has throne chairs in the first place, but we rented them and they didn’t show. They just refunded the chairs without a word.Savannah called me on a Sunday evening to meet in-person because she doesn’t use email or anything online for contracts. Then cancels our order without a word. She kept going on about how she is this amazing business owner, but I didn’t get to see that. All I saw, was someone who doesn’t seem to know it’s 2022 and that you don’t ruin someone’s wedding and another vendors reputation by completely dropping the ball right after full payment and delivery confirmation was made.

I DON'T LEAVE REVIEWS.....BUT.....I order cakes a lot so I have a lot of experience in this area. I usually order from bakery in Royal Oak. They couldn't accommodate me due to needing at least 7 days. I needed it in 6 days. So I searched bakeries and found her. Thought....let me give another black owned bakery a chance. The icing was good and decorations were nice. The cake was unfortunately terrible. It had the consistency of corn bread. That is one thing Iabsolutely can not stand. None of the guest enjoyed the cake and many left it on their plates. When she dropped the cake off it was like she was in a hurry. I would suggest if you're a business owner to take time to greet your customers properly. That customer could potentially be a long term customer and send a lot of business your way. Would not recommend because she just wasn't professional enough and if you rush the cake it shows in your product.

I called to place an order with Savanna directly for my 1 year old Granddaughters birthday.I sent her pics of the cake told her I would call back with serving size and flavors for the cake. She said she could accommodate me. She told me the price, gave me her casapp name for the deposit, which we sent immediately. Then I called her to let her know it was sent. Then she argued me to death telling me she did not know I wanted the cake and that I told her i would call her back, she kept stating she is only one person. I stated to her ma'am you did not tell me to attach instructions I thought you were writing them down as i do no know your ordering process. I only did what you told me. As a customer you should not be telling me that you are only one person, let's remain professional this not about me its about my granddaughter! She stated I'm sending your money back, you can go some where else and hung up on my face!! She was very unprofessional and talked to me like a kid. I am a very professional 54 year old woman and did not deserve to me treated or talked to like that because she forgot to advise me to attach instructions as I would had. She was mad at herself for forgetting and frustrated cause she kept stating she was very busy which , I stated I understood several times. her customer service skills went right out the window. Its terrible when you can't spend money and get treated right in your own neighborhood. I try to support Black owned businesses, but they make it hard. I will take That $350 somewhere else!

The Lady at Above All Creations is not a professional at all you have to pick up your cake at a KFC on Fenkell and Southfield in the parking lot for a very unpleasant experience plus her phone is so messed up that you can't hear what she's saying to meet up very professional with the whole situation with her phone was a untasteful experience to say the least plus she will not receive $135.00 again from me ever again.
