We stopped at Andiamo for a quick bite before our flight. We had a couple drinks and a split a cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and fresh. Our server was friendly and able to answer questions and make suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxed but fast paced. Had a horrible experience, I was by myself, just got dropped off by wheel chair and had a 3 hour layover. thought it would be a great place to relax, eat and drink for a few hours. The waiter was RUDE beyond belief. I just got there, sat down got my things arranged, he dropped menu off on table, and 2 minutes later asked what I would like, I said just having a chance to look at menu but would like some water w/lemon. He delivered and said what can I get you>. I said I'm still looking at the menu, 1 minute later, asked what can I order for you. I said I'm not hungry just yet, so I may wait, he took my water away and said okay. Like if you are not ordering something now, leave. I did and went and had a superb friendly experience and spent over $60 and tipped very well. His loss.

I got breakfast here while traveling on Christmas and it was fine, the Tuscan Breakfast was more food than I thought it would be so that made it worth it (for $16). The staff were very kind too! Lots of other good options on their menu too.

The pizza was great. I loved the dough. Not bad at all for airport food. If you find yourself in the Detroit airport, it's a pretty decent dinner!
What a horrible establishment. The hospitality definitely is a foreign word. Not being able to customize food due to allergies and not being able to order a Negroni when there is a full bar of liquor seems bizarre. Also waiting for 10 minutes until waiter approaches with snotty attitude asking what do I want to order while no one bothered to give me a menu at first place is under any standards.

My “chopped” salad was not. The chicken was so hard it was not edible. Rarely post reviews but this is just a heads up to not spend $30 on a horrible salad!

Being client for long time, I am a frequent user of this airport, first time with this server. She was rude and didn’t explain properly the cost of the dish. End up learning that fettuccine alfredo with shrimp has a charge of 6 dollars per shrimp. Imagine that. I challenged her a little bit. And when we paid she said, why are you concerned about extra cost if you are paying with company card. That was the worst part of it. Good thing, there are more restaurants around. I don’t need to come there again!

Don't expect the chicken sandwich to actually have pesto, onions, and kale as advertised on the menu. It is basically just cheese, chicken and aioli.

Stopped in for brief fill up before flight to Las Vegas. Waiter was excellent!! Had a tasty spicy Bloody Mary and a large single meatball with sauce. Highly recommend Andiamo!
