Amazing food! We stopped in just based off of the photos of the food and my goodness it was worth the stop. We both ordered the Chicken Shwarma wraps and they were amazing. We are at home in New Hampshire eating the other half and savoring the last few bites. Service was also fast and the waitress was polite and very helpful.

I had the lamb Gyro. According to the staff the wrap is cold but I would have liked a warm better (Just a thought). Good value for money.PS. I visited when they were about to close. So dine in wasn't available. But they took my order. I appreciate their service.

Demanding minimum of 18% tip without even greeting a customer properly and making customers feel demanded is not acceptable, the service isn’t that great to give 18% tip. It was harsh. Not recommending this place just for bad service. BAD

I just had a great dining experience at Anita’s kitchen at Detroit airport. I was looking across all of the restaurants open in the airport and worried that none of them would provide me a high-quality and healthy meal before my evening flight back home. I was happy to stumble upon Anita and enjoyed the service from Craig as well as the food prepared by the kitchen staff. specifically I had the lentil soup, appetizer and falafel plate as an entrée.

Chicken shawarma is dry and has just lettuce and pickles… the is no garlic taste to it at all and they don’t even use Arabic pickles or tomatoes which would make it taste better… it is below sub par and a shame that it calls itself Lebanese food… your in Detroit where middle eastern food is supposed to taste better Jesus what a waste of money and food waiting for a flight bland and dry

Vegetarian options: I requested for an impossible burger option and they brought the order wrong, twice both with beef. The lady who was taking care was kind though. I would never go back. Can’t trust!

Anita's Kitchen, nestled in the bustling environment of Detroit Metro Airport, is a delightful surprise for travelers and a culinary beacon in the world of airport dining. This Lebanese eatery transcends the typical airport food experience, offering a menu that brims with authenticity and flavor, particularly evident in their standout dish - the Chicken Shawarma Pizza with pickles. From the moment you enter Anita's Kitchen, the warm, welcoming atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable meal. The aroma of spices and freshly baked bread is a prelude to the feast that awaits. The Chicken Shawarma Pizza, a creative fusion of Lebanese tradition and modern culinary art, is a dish that demands attention. The pizza crust is flawlessly executed - thin, crispy, and imbued with a comforting, homemade quality. It serves as a foundation for the succulently marinated chicken shawarma, which is the star of the show. The chicken, steeped in a melody of Middle Eastern spices, is tender and bursting with flavors that are both exotic and comforting. The genius of this dish lies in the addition of pickles, providing a tangy and crunchy contrast that elevates the pizza from simply good to truly extraordinary. This unexpected twist not only enhances the flavors but adds a delightful texture that makes every bite exciting.Complementing the pizza are various side dishes and sauces, each adding depth and complexity to the meal. The garlic sauce, rich and creamy, and the smooth, flavorful hummus are particularly noteworthy for their ability to enhance the overall dining experience.Service at Anita's Kitchen is another highlight. The staff are not just employees; they are ambassadors of Lebanese cuisine, offering warm hospitality and insightful recommendations that enrich the dining experience. In summary, Anita's Kitchen at Detroit Metro Airport is a culinary oasis for travelers. It offers a unique and delicious escape from the typical airport fare. The Chicken Shawarma Pizza with pickles is a must-try - a dish that not only satisfies your hunger but also leaves you with a lasting impression of the rich, vibrant flavors of Lebanon. An unmissable experience for anyone passing through Detroit Metro Airport.

My Server/Waitress was VERY sweet and pleasant! My food was SOOOOOOO good...I have NO complaints ? ??
The person who was working there tried to pressure us into tipping higher than 10% for takeout because we had a priority pass and "everything was free for us anyways". This was very clearly not a corporate policy and this person was trying to make extra money under the table. Very bad attitude and extremely sketchy behavior, I wish I tipped 0 after speaking with him

The food is very expensive for the quality they offer, and it is not possible to sit at the tables if you are not an elite member. Which seems like an exaggeration to me for a food place of this quality.

Although it is eligible for PP, it cannot be used without a digital membership card. There is a sign at the entrance asking you to sit and wait, but if you try to sit down, you will be warned.Very unpleasant.

I bought food from them, and they even did not let me sit in their one of chair to eat my food. Very rude staffs. I am not going there again.
