Antojitos El Catracho Restaurant

Ok the place looks and feel authentic but being honest food wasn’t. It was 3-10 at best under cooked bland flavor and nothing really really tasty. I’m really disappointed usually these spots are a hit hit. Service was ok but girl was late with everything 1 plate here and another plate 5 mins later ughhh…

I love the attention of all the employees and I am very satisfied and proud of a restaurant with beautiful people.... a million thanks to everyone, continue with this very nice staff, everyone.

A very nice place

The food is delicious. But you need to go without hunger, because believe me the food takes at least 45 minutes if they are not busy, if they are busy they last an hour and a half. And the rockers, terrible and have no idea what customer service is, mediocre treatment, lazy and rude and like they are all trained to be the same (exactly, a girl I think is called Janet). Well if you are man and you go alone, maybe they will serve you better because if you go with your family they won't even come close. And don't even think about ordering something after your first order because it takes you 2 more hours. The owners should work on hiring trained personnel for the good of their business since just thinking about the deal doesn't make them want to go because they feel like it. What do you have for their food? (the owners are exactly the same as the waitresses, they don't care about their customers or their workers)

Great Central American food if you are looking to try something new.

We had pupusas.... They were good but we sure had a looong wait for 16 pupusas! We waited for about an hour....

I love the food but the service is very unpleasant and uncomfortable if your a black person. Ive been sitting here for 20mins for bean and cheese in a tortilla ???? when I have my Hispanic friends order they gets fast service they give me the same exact service every time I come here

Horrible customer service, the waitresses look like they are at home, they move very slowly! Waiting too long for drinks is really crazy!! There weren't even people, it was just us and another table. My husband and I went to eat and they brought us drinks along with our food about an hour later, it seems that when you ask for your order they go and start making it from the beginning, yes You're hungry, I really don't recommend coming to this place!!!

Food is okay on a good day, but man the wait time is ridiculous,especially when ordering drinks!! I mean really it takes 20-30 minutes to bring us our drinks? You can tell the waitresses do not like there job, and seem tend to people who come in after you!! The place is never full and they still seem to take eternity to bring out orders, im all about giving tips… but this place makes it seem as if they dont want your money!!! Place has potential but are in desperate need of new waiters and new atmosphere, its so depressing and they make sure to show it!!

I traveled almost 2 hours to eat there, when I arrived I waited for 1 hour and they didn't even offer us water??? I'm Honduran in case that's the case, bad, very bad?
