Our waiter DJ was accommodating,professional, and understanding (5 Star); however, the kitchen embarrassed him with over cooked wings, cold wings & green beans. The manager Adrian was not attentive to hearing and understanding our complaints. It's about service for us and managers and chefs demonstrating pride in the presentation of food. Although she offered to take off the cost of the wings & green beans she did not show concern about her discombobulated kitchen. We still tipped DJ 20% for his service.

My family came in tonight for dinner and we're seated. Nearly 15 minutes later, no one had come to speak or take any form of an order. There was not one server even in the area to ask where anybody was. So we just left. Sadly the girl who sat us was too busy playing in her phone to even notice that we had walked out.

I had a burger and fries with a glass of wine. Everything came out cooked properly as expected. The service was good too. This Applebee's gets five stars because the facilities were clean and tidy.

I remember why I haven’t been to Applebees in the better part of a decade. I only went because I was hungry, in the area and they had a deal for a burger, drink & endless fries for $10. I had to ask for a drink 3 times and it took over 30 minutes. I had food and no drink, just to be clear. Not even water. I got wings as an appetizer, they were ok. I took the burger home and it had zero flavor, was tiny and it looks like the chef cut it in half to check for doneness. When it was time to go, my waitress was busy talking to people 2 tables behind me about personal things in her life. I ended up having to flag someone else down to take the payment, after waiting for almost 10 minutes. Probably won’t be back. The staff was polite but, the entire experience left something to be desired.

The bartender Ashley was amazing. Very pleasant and friendly. She helped us quickly correct our food order and was a delight to talk to. She was very busy but worked very hard keeping all of her other patrons fed and their drinks refreshed. Thank you Ashley for a great night.

Worst cook tonight!!! I don't know what went wrong tonight but the cook clearly didn't give a damn. Asked for sautéed onions but my onions was raw and bland etc everything was undercooked. Maybe they didn't feel like doing their job tonight.
