The buffet is kept stocked and very clean all around the restaurant, and the staff is always attentive and helpful. However, the salad bar is smaller than it once was, and the restaurant is now only open on Mondays from 4:00 to 10:00. Despite the need for better customer service guidance, the food quality remains satisfactory at Assembly Line Buffet. There are ramps and elevators for wheelchair accessibility.
