Assembly Line Buffet offers a fixed menu with steaks cooked to order, pizza, pasta, sushi, Asian dishes, and a variety of desserts. The restaurant is known for its Monday crab leg special and a lively atmosphere during NFL draft weekends. The sushi is top notch, and the prime rib is always great. Although some vegetarian options are limited and there are no vegan choices, the free parking structure is convenient for guests. The buffet is kept stocked and very clean all around the restaurant, and the staff is always attentive and helpful. However, the salad bar is smaller than it once was, and the restaurant is now only open on Mondays from 4:00 to 10:00. Despite the need for better customer service guidance, the food quality remains satisfactory at Assembly Line Buffet. There are ramps and elevators for wheelchair accessibility.
