My experience was terrible. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. The wait was absolutely terrible, they stopped moving the line to give preferential treatment to “VIP’s” They stopped moving the line in to start letting in VIPs who had only just got there, instead of alternating and said to hell with the rest of us. They didn’t start moving the line until my mother (who was understandably frustrated) said something. If this is how you treat customers that are patronizing you, then we will not be coming back there. It was completely unorganized, children, especially those with special needs weren’t accommodated, and then we get in there just for the food to not be that good. You guys need to do better and treat ALL your paying customers with consideration and respect. This was a very disappointing experience.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. My son who’s autistic was having severe anxiety because of the noise outside the buffet, so my mother who had him tried to get him inside the buffet to sit on the benches so he’d be ok but the host told her that her supervisor said he can go sit at the little Caesar’s. That’s where my mother was sitting with him when the noise started getting to him. You guys have children waiting for hours with no accommodations whatsoever.

Drove to buffet early Monday, they kicked me out of line, said not taking any people. This was before 9pm closing more then hour early close. Had a hard time getting manager, and they had no solution. This place will be out of business in less than a month and the bad managers will be looking for jobs running fast food, sorry to see the best fall so far. Manager said he was TJ but didn't match his badge and he was wearing busboy gloves, so could have been a fake scam by low level manager.

Came here with a couple friends had a nice dinner but an incident happened what a young lady 60s fell face down on the floor a young man and I ran to help her get up set her in a chair asking was she okay she said yes she said it was her shoes we asked did she have someone here with her she said yes they're on their way and we left but she was in plain sight staff came over 5 minutes later asking what happened in my opinion they handed the situation wrong they had her walking back and forth then sign in the paper no ambulance was called to help this lady was already struggling to walk. Just happened about 9:00 p.m. Saturday January 27th 2024

The place doubled their price in last 2 years and removed kids option. Now you pay full price for a5 year old as for a 55 year old. So. Bye bye. No next time here. Not recommended for family with kids.

Food was awesome, not counting the tasteless dessert's. We tried every single one. I really wanted the German chocolate cake they had. I got it and it had no taste. I asked my niece that was with me to taste it. I did not tell her what I thought about it. She tasted it and said that it had no flavor. She was tasting a brownie. No flavor. Not even the cookies. Just no taste at all. Only the lemon meringue pie had flavor. It was really good! They were serving turkey and prime rib as entree's. Not in the mood for turkey and not crazy about prime rib BUT, I got it. Took it over to the grill chef. I told him I wasn't crazy about it. He offered to fix it up for me. He put that big piece of prime rib in the grill and seasoned it! It was so good!! Delicious! Our server was so kind. Kept our drinks filled. Extra napkins.

Pre-pandemic this place was a top of the line tasty buffet. These days, it seems a bit sad by comparison. The quality of the food has dropped significantly and it feels more like an upgraded Golden Corral. If you're paying with comps, it's not a bad choice, but it is in no way worth paying cash for anymore.
