Hey Atwater brewery you were less than 25% full and would seat me at a table with a power outlet. Only choice was a bench that wasn't deep enough to hold my laptop. Never mind Anita's Kitchen further down the concourse had now problem seating me where ever I wanted.

No host. Staff doesn’t clear tables for new guests. New guests are berated for clearing tables for themselves. Food orders are lost. Staff needs to be informed that they don’t pay airport leases.

We ordered pulled pork and when it arrived, it was too fatty and when it was returned management suggested that we ate some of it, even though of course we had to in order to try it, but it was awful, and we returned it, and it was presented back with a 10% discount Even though full of grease - The waitress was sent back to us to present the bad news saying that because we ate it we are only entitled to a 10% discount – I called the main manager and found that Shenan was also not helpful- I have never been treated like that at a restaurant in my entire life that if the food was disappointing or even made wrong choice and management was made aware of it that it would be suggested as such we were muching in some way. Very Very Disappointed

Tara was awesome.... Very accommodating to me and my son while we were waiting for our flight.... Friendly, sweet, personable, and patient..... Made this experience one of the best I've had in a while.

I usually feel kind of awkward when sitting down at a restaurant right when they open but Tara was immediately so welcoming and polite. Her service was excellent and I could see that she was very kind to all the other customers as well. Food came out quick for having just opened and was great. The menu might appear slightly pricey but is actually a great value compared to other restaurants in the airport and the portions are generous. This is my go to place at DTW!

This was the best breakfast I have ever had at an airport and the best breakfast I have had in a restaurant in a long time. Wuneetha was so sweet, welcoming, and attentive.
