Motor City Coney Island 7 mile

I tried the supper grill chicken pita and it was seasoned and very delicious. The waiter Takela was amazing she made sure my food was made correct and she had a great personality even came from the back to show a couple the food they ordered….went above and beyond if you ask me and that’s great customer service in my eyes. I will for sure come here again.

I don't know who running this particular restaurant neighborhood so you know I used to go here used to be good food now it's just bad food with a big ass price tag a nasty service when you take my card you hold on to it, You supposed to take payment when the food is ready not before the food is ready kind of crazy stuff you got going on you holding on to my card to make sure I don't dip on the food, I understand because the food ain't appetizing at all🤣😡 go somewhere else it's a lot of Coney Islands in this neighborhood spend your money wisely 💯‼️

Updating review 11/24/24 Got off work on a super tiring shift of course at 2 or 3 this all that's open. But everyone isn't drunk. Busy as usual got in drive thru about 3 am the speaker was on and the OBVIOUSLY VERY YOUNG lady was so nasty and rude. Arguing with other customers I sat at the menu for 30 minutes before she came back with the statement "is you gone just sit there or you wanna order hellooo" after I had already stated my order 2x since the speaker was left on! By 330 still hadn't moved and since the speaker was ON i could hear her saying "we messed up we about to start right now" answering customers "WHAT" what the speaker. She is losing your customers I DONT THINK ILL BE BACK

Terrible service! The cashier was very rude. My order was incorrectly made and I requested a make over and the cashier told me it wasn't possible when there is clearly a sign posted stating orders can be remade. I spent 27 dollars on garbage . I am reporting this place to the BBB no customer should be disrespected by the cashiers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Don't go to this coney island.

I ordered a grill cheese with bacon breakfast sandwich. I waited close to 30 minutes after the 2 cars ahead of me. I received toasted bread with unmelted cheese and room temperature bacon. Yuck three times! I paid $7.50 for that garbage. I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again!

I will say that I wasn’t aware that there two Motor City Coney Island on seven mile when I placed my online order. I was expecting the order at the Schaefer location but the order was at the telegraph location. I was a bit upset that the owner would not make a distinction to the name to make the location easier for one to know. Why not something like Motor City Coney Island Schaefer-7 and the other Motor City Coney Island Tele-7. The naming and location gets one confused and we may not look at the address which is hidden most of the time when ordering online. Just a suggestion to make the communication line clearer for consumers who want to order from the right place and not the wrong place. Other than that the food (Philly cheesesteak) I picked up was a bit cold since I had to drive to the other location. I will try better next time

This is the second time my daughter has ordered me this Ham and Cheese omelette from them and it’s thee worst made ever. Let me tell you they put a hog in my omelette with two eggs and a dash of cheese. Like why even bother with the egg and cheese.

I gave this fast food restaurant no stars, I will say the wing dings were okay... I ordered a catfish sandwich and I can't wait to get home to turn up but when I bit into it, it was horrible, we all know catfish is not thin it's a thick piece, I don't think that was a piece of catfish 🤮🤮🤮🤮😡🤬🤬🤬 I went to this restaurant last night after bowling was very disappointed ☹️ I threw it in the trash

Overall this restaurant has very good food. Today the corn beef hash was not on point. It was extra greasy and the hash brown was cooked to hard I had to pick through and take out some while I ate. Very annoying and some bites taste burnt. Nothing like the first time I had it. The chicken and waffles, the kids love them. Disappointed with the corn beef hash and no jelly for the toast😠☹️

Crazy part I like the food. What I don't like is wack customer service. The young lady this morning (9/15/24) always have a problem like she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed, and follows throughout the day. I say that because no matter what time I see her the customer service suck!

No matter how much I like the food, the customer service will make me stop spending my money there.

Pay attention to your front line coney, they gone lose your customers the way the treat, and talk to your customers.
