Disappointed! Was asked to hurry up and get out so the bartender/server could go to her second job in a very distasteful way. I couldn’t believe it honestly. She also overcharged us. It had been about 2 years since I visited and I was not impressed this time. Food was average, didn’t come on a live night but the playlist and drinks were good.

A unique place of history. Food is excellent simple food. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The weekend band the Ralphe Armstong Trio is very talented and full of fun stories. Great night of entertainment. Safe parking compound next lot. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could do a negative star I would this historical bar has to do better that's why the clientele isn't the greatness they have the tired old players from yesteryear the waitresses from then too myself and another young lady waited 15 min for water she just wanted a drink I wanted to eat the barmaid said she wasn't supposed ti work she had not a care but for her obvious regulars and the other barmaid had ti speak up too bc ppl were complaining I went for my girlfriend bd and it's so said but no there just a money grab and I know I CAN do better with my hard earned $$$$

We were just there for Sweetest Day. Cramped in those little round booths. I won’t go back there again. They need to fix it up or find another building and turn that into a museum. They charge $10 to park. Parking is tight. $20 for the show, if you stay past 8pm. You will spend about close to $70 for the food and 1 drink. Food or the drink wasn’t all of that. The service wasn’t great, the waiter kept helping the other waitresses. They had 3 parties of 30, 15 and 8 and they were not prepared. I did love the jazzy sounds of Motown playing. We wonder why we have a hard time supporting and patronizing our businesses.

Tonight I experience a uncomfortable environment.there was a gentleman at bar area and the.the young lady was just rude to him.i notice he was sitting along looking at a meau.he ask the her could he order and she blew up at a grown man.i don't know if she was having a bad day but u keep it to yourself.that made feel uncomfortable.

Music is always outstanding. Musicians are so talented. I only gave 4 stars for food because that depends on what's available the day you go. Service also depends on the server but these things will never keep me from hearing live music.

I have been patronizing Bakers for many years. I went tonight for the first time since Covid. The parking fee has doubled, it took us an hour to get our drinks and another hour to get our food. The bartender tonight was the worst ever. I would suggest he goes to bartender school. The gratuity is already added so you still patronize even if you get bad service. The food is still delicious and the entertainment superb. Send the young male to bartender to school!

Nice atmosphere. Music was amazing. Share the stage with local, national and global talent ( with no stress). Easy to park. Fair priced meals but service and taste could be better. The Host never disappoint. Birthday night here is definitely a must. Miss the band backing up the line up but glad to celebrate 90 years with the establishment.
Great Vibe.. This year, my birthday was on a Monday. Since I was in town & Not much to do. Luckily We found Bakers!! It's was Comedy night. We laughed and enjoyed some great food as well.

Always a good time at Baker's- when you can get in. Come early. It's always packed/cramped, so be prepared. Staff is friendly for the most part. Food is consistently good. Peach cobbler is the BEST anywhere. Parking is expensive.
