Staff and ambiance were lovely! The food wasn't great everything came out mildly warm except for the cauliflower. The steak was tough and flavorless and the dishes were overpriced. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for anything other than a cocktail.

We had a wonderful experience at Bar Pigalle. Our server Claire could not have been more gracious and accommodating to our needs and everyone had such a wonderful time. The menu, wine and cocktail list is exceptional, and everyone enjoyed what they ordered including several shared meals.

An unbelievable tasting menu enjoyed by all. Wonderful first time eating at this restaurant. We look forward to returning.

This restaurant has a really good vibe — nice music, warm lighting, and an overall upscale atmosphere. Their cocktails are great, definitely a highlight. The food itself is not bad and the flavors are okay, but the seafood was a bit disappointing. We ordered the mussels and they didn't taste very fresh.

Great food and service! We went for our anniversary and our server was so accommodating of my girlfriends allergies and otherwise super knowledgeable of the menu. I would 100% come here again to try the burger and the tasting menu!

Had a great dinner here - food was well balanced, great service from our server Ryan, and overall excellent experience.

Fantastic food. Great service. Table is a little small and next table is a little too close is maybe the only room for improvement.

Excellent opportunity — my group was thrilled to experience, especially for our first visit! Fantastic menu, very kind service, and stunning interior design!

Bar Pigalle is truly a Detroit treasure. Always great food, service and atmosphere. They put together a brunch like no one else. They are not hosting brunches on a regular basis so it is a good idea to keep your ear to the ground and jump on a reservation if they decide to host one. I understand there is going to be one right before Christmas.

Bar Pigalle is a gem! Went for Fall Brunch and loved it. The space is fantastic, beautiful, charming, cozy, and a little gritty so you know you're in Detroit. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Kevin told my husband and I (and most if not all tables) the story of how the restaurant came to be which made the experience feel intimate, like we were regulars on our first visit. The Terms and Conditions is one of, if not the best, martinis I've ever had and I cannot stop thinking about it. I cannot wait to go back to for dinner.

What a fantastic experience, from our first drink at the bar, to dessert at the end of the night. Food quality and the staffs attention to detail were off the charts! Cant wait to go back

This was our first time at Bar Pigalle, to celebrate my husband's birthday. We opted for the tasting menu so we could try a variety of items. The food was good though not outstanding. We liked the hamachi with curry the best. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice. However, it really disturbed me that every plate in the tasting menu for the two of us was served as a single shared plate, sometimes with one item, like the duck confit or the pear dessert, that had to be cut and shared. When I asked the server how they deal with someone that comes in alone and orders the tasting menu, she told us that they would actually get the same amount of food as the two of us got. Similarly, 3 people would get the same amount of food as four people. Having paid $85 per person I would hope we would have each gotten appropriate portions as I feel like we paid twice as much as we should have.

Good experience! Originally had reservations for the dinning room however, after realizing the burger was not served in the dining room on weekends the server accommodated us to move to the bar. Didn't realize what the waitress was asking for water preference so I just asked for still not realizing it's an $8 charge opposed to tap (my bad). The bartenders were not as attentive as the servers but that was expected. Overall the food was great! Burger was very rich and the duck confit was perfect!

Food was outstanding, with a nice ambiance, and great drinks. Service was a little slow, but not something we would have ever complained about...yet without a word from us, the wait staff took it on themselves to apologize, comp one round of drinks, and a couple of desserts, which was extremely nice of them. It made us love the experience even more. The only real complaint is that even with the comps it was still a very expensive meal (~$250 for three people and two drinks). That said, it was fantastic, and it's getting hard to find actual good food at any price, so Bar Pigalle gets 5 stars, just be prepared for the bill :)

We had a very pleasant dining experience. Our server Claire explained the menu and suggested wine pairing to enhance the meal. Overall, we were very satisfied with the excellent service and delicious food including their desserts. We also liked the ambience of the restaurant.
