Fabulous dining experience. As a vegetarian, the rescoldo beets was great, the burrata was fabulous and the charred carrots were perfectly cooked. The celeriac tagliatelle-a pasta made from shaved celery- while innovative, felt a bit underwhelming. But overall, it was great food, served perfectly. And of course, you need the Burnt Alaska for the theatre of it.
It was the next Detroit restaurant on our bucket list. The service was outstanding (Kimberly D), and the food was very good. It was an energetic atmosphere, challenging to hear anyone other than the person sitting next to you. Probably best for a party of two. Other recent dining out experiences have been She Wolf, Selden Standard, and frequent visits to Oak & Reel. We'd return, but not with a party of five.
Food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was very cool, and the music was just loud enough where you could hear it clearly but it wasn't too loud to have a conversation. We would dine here again.
